To be real (though like 5% of me thinks this could totally happen), Monoma’s copying is fascinating because it showcases the differences in quirks and quirk development. Monoma has to target the kind of quirks that can be ready-used. Like Todoroki’s or Bakugou’s are pretty straightforward, but Mirio’s quirk is built around years of effort that you can’t “steal.” Not to say there isn’t skill behind Baku and Todo, obviously not, but Monoma would be pretty weak if he stole Mirio’s without his inner knowledge of how to utilize it.

I imagine that even if he was able to copy One for All, he’d still get nothing. XD The quirk itself isn’t the power of the accumulated quirks, it’s the ability to pass them on. So, he would still feel quirkless. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
