just adding into the conversation about taylor and coming back again to tumblr etc. i just don't see that happening simply because her relationship with the interent has changed (which is good!) i was discussing this the other day but i think she has done enough direct fan service in this way, well beyond her career formation and the internet really has become whatever in the past three years, so couldn't even imagine how it was way before.

People should listen to her talking about the feedback loop on New Heights because ultimately all those fan interactions and general time online leads to the same things even if they are generally positive. The best thing to do is to not have those types of interactions.

This is going to sound like very privileged and annoying but I was on tumblr in the early days when Taylor was active and never expected to get her attention and she did end up following me and liking a few of posts and it was the highlight of my like tween existence but then after I got like incessant dms from people asking me to reblog their posts and it was became deeply unfun for a moment there ngl

It feels like Taylor’s tried to shift the relationship between her and fans so it’s healthier for everyone and some fans cannot let the old stuff go.

i gave up on meeting taylor after the tumblr days when she would like my posts but never got the tn dm. i just cant try to go viral im too much of an introvert

and if i said the people in the replies (often new) are only replying because they want that invite if the time ever comes not even because they get to meet taylor, but to only to say taylor swift picked me while not realizing that's not at all how they/taylor really pick especially not anymore.

I think there was a very real time when a notice by Taylor nation meant you genuinely were more likely to meet Taylor, but now I don’t think that is the case. They have been so inactive since the end of the eras tour, and I think that was a very deliberate choice by Taylor.

Taylor nation hasn’t mean anything in years. If you really want Taylor’s attention, you need to go viral in a way that has one of her friends and/or family members notices (like that young man playing that little girl love story)

What can you tell about me: I don't care about taylor nation. I never reply to their reply grabs

One of the things I'm happy about regarding my autism is that the concept of being embarassed about the things I love, growing out of things, rejecting them etc has never been me a single day of my life, if you play me a barbie movie I'll watch it and love it like it's day one, taylor, marvel, bts, anime, I am happy to love and share these things. Life is full of challenges and things you need to overcome, so I'm not gonna sit there and poke holes or hide the stuff that makes life more fun.

I wanted to hug Travis when he talked about his reading and face blindness! Also it was so sweet to watch him in real time notice things/make sure everyone was good: noticed the kids in the room, noticed when the guests were over a certain question, or if Jason was going on too long about something.

Re: NH guests it seems like this offseason especially they’ve tried to record a bunch of guests at once and then done little bits every week to give them more time off without actually having an offseason. And then they can be off during training camp for Travis.
