TIMELINE - what happens and when
Progress is being made in the good, non-shady lab in working towards a potential treatment for teruliasis, a sort of antifungal treatment.
This will be very unrealistic in terms of timespan it takes to develop such a thing for the sake of this story, kind of like how you can make a vaccine in less than 2 days in the Strangerville pack, lol. This isn't a vaccine this time, though. the science poses I used are more for mad scientists than your average ones, but eh, it makes for more fun pictures.
We are back to shorter pages per day now since I am back to work starting from tomorrow, and some of the longer pages I've been doing on my time off can take all day to actually do from planning to finishing touches. The lung X-ray is a real photo I found online, showing the fungus that causes valley fever in the lungs.
ERROR: The doctor was supposed to ask if Ollie's bite wound hurt more than usual, not 'hurt at all'.

Kristina: Well, we have to stay optimistic and keep trying, right? It's all we can do. I just wish people would be honest about what's going on in the lab in the craterā¦

Fredrick: According to a reliable source, whatever's in that crater is the source of the infection itself - but even if it's gotten rid of somehow, we still have to tackle the cases of teruliasis we already haveā¦ and if we're not quick, lives will be lost.

Kristina: The spores seem to have stopped multiplyingā¦ that's amazing! We might be onto something! Oh, this is incredible! All of this hard work and we might just be able to do something about this mess.

Dr. Damodaran: The teru'lis fungus appears to be growing in your lungsā¦ I have not seen this happen in any other patients so far. And from your physical examination, I noticed that the vines appear to be going up your spine. I am concerned that they could potentially damage the spinal cord, so we might need to keep an eye on that, okay? I think it would be wise for you to not over-exert yourself too much from now on.

Ollie: I seeā¦ Be honest, do you think it's possible to cure this at all?
Dr. Damodaran: Slow progress is being made. An antifungal treatment would either prevent the spores from multiplying or, ideally, kill them outright, breaking down the cell walls - which means human cells won't be affected as much, if at all. Given the rate at which your infection is progressing, you would be among the first to know about a potential treatment, alongside the most vulnerable members of the public.

Dr. Damodaran: I would recommend you keep dressing it with bandages, if they'll still wrap around it. It might help to stunt the growth. In the meantime, make sure you are resting up - take it easy, or your breathing will get worse - and you might possibly agitate the plants inside of you and make their movements more difficult to cope with.

I would like to do more nice looking clutter in my sims house with bb move objects but oh my god, it's a pain in the ass to try and position it when I have to move the damn table (it will try and snap to the table slots if I dont)

Use one of the many OMSPās (one more slot please) objects, or you can use tmexās tool mod with better build buy (allows you to use tool in build mode via shift+t) but imho that can be a little more complex for simple things that an OMSP shelf can do.

Ravasheenās is the most comfortable to use for cluttering a lot of things on a table, but sometimes I still use Severinkaās OMSP pillars for single items.
so, my rags to riches save isn't historically accurate, at best i'd call it a rofan inspired historical save, which we all know rofan's with a history theme often don't really make sense
but
castles are all kinda the same, so i'm wondering if i should just build a few shells and use them instead of building something unique all the time
