She grabs a lit candelabra from the room and boldly enters the dark hall. With every step she tries to recall… anything. Everything.

But there the memories stop. What WAS she doing? How did she end up here? Where did she come from?

It’s a void, thick and suffocating. Focusing on the here and now is the only way to avoid panicking. Surely this strange manor has clues? Surely she will find whoever else is here?

When they arrive at their destination, Mina can hardly believe her eyes. The Count's imposing estate is massive, perched upon a hill that overlooks the sleepy little hollow.

"Lady Mina, a warning before we cross this threshold. The Count is a most unrelenting individual. Your presence here will undoubtedly cause him great displeasure."

Mina tilts her head upwards to meet Heathcliff's gaze, his eyes a violent shade of red, "What else am I to do but follow your lead?"

When they enter through the grand front doors, the Count sits waiting for them. Heathcliff seems unsurprised, but Mina sucks in a sharp gasp of air while her heart begins to pick up pace.

"If it is not the young baron. How many decades have passed since you last deigned to appear before me? Half a century, if my memory serves?"

Mina whispers to Heathcliff under her breath, "I'm sorry, did he say half a century?"

"And you have brought the girl with you. How delightfully exquisite. Mina, is it not? I have wondered when I might have the pleasure of making your acquaintance. Formally, that is."

Heathcliff looks to his sire with widened eyes, "Then her presence here is of no surprise to you?"

The Count shifts his gaze towards Mina slowly, "Indeed, she made herself quite known with all that wretched shrieking."

Heathcliff begins to pull Mina away, realizing too late the trap the Count has set for them. "Softly, young baron. You know precisely what duty demands of you now."

"What duty?" Mina squeaks. Heathcliff offers her no explanation as he escorts her back outside.

I use Wicked Whims, Lumpinou's Relationship & Pregnancy Overhaul Collection, Basemental drugs, so sim can have traits and other features based on them. (Such as wicked attributes, thoughts on kids etc.) Sliders and presets are fine! I have my own defaults so please don't include any override cc though!
