I couldn't pass up this tag game. Because I'd like to talk about my journey, share a little bit about myself for those who don't know me at all, and, of course, my creative journey.

I’ve been part of the Sims community for 14 years now. I started posting screenshots when I was 12. Back then, The Sims 4 didn’t exist yet—it was still The Sims 3. It’s interesting to look back on that. I didn’t have a Tumblr account. Although I tried to create one several times, I always ended up giving up on it.

I also started learning Photoshop when I was 12.

And now it's time for The Sims 4. 2014 - 2015 My first character was a brunette like this. And oh my gosh, does anyone remember back when there weren't any additional presets for faces and bodies yet? Man, that was so long ago, haha.

As you can see, my work here has become more editing. 2016–2017.

Also, in 2017, I came up with my own OC: Yaroslav Shulz.

This year, I started experimenting more with post-processing. I also began creating my first CCs. 2018

And this year, I started to get a better sense of what I want my style to look like. Back then, I didn’t have a graphics tablet, so I drew with a computer mouse until 2022. 2019

2020-2021. And here is my established style :)

In 2021, I planned to leave the Sims community. That’s because I wasn’t happy with how I was creating screenshots. I’m still very hard on myself to this day, and I feel like:

- Hey, lavenfur, you could have done a better job.

And unfortunately, that’s still the case today. But suddenly, in 2022, I started creating renders. And it blew me away. The quality was really cool, and I had no idea you could do that, haha.

That was my first render. And yes, that’s my OC, Sebastian Schmidt. That was the first time I created him—and the render, too. It was awesome.

On top of everything I've already written, I was given a graphics tablet. To be honest, it probably took me about two years to get used to it. Now I have a pen display. 2023.

I’d like to say: don’t be afraid of editing software, don’t be afraid to think and grow. Anything you create with your own hands—not with the help of AI—is art. Art that you’ve created with your own hands and your own mind. Don’t be afraid to share your screenshots, renders, or CC files. Create and love what you do!!!! It all depends on you!!!
