Theres a crazy teacher burnout in Canadian school's. My school doesn't have enough teachers for classes (my school is k-12) so they are FREAKING out. We have about 5 actual teachers rn, And we need WAY more for how many classes there is bc they cant keep putting classes together

I read this page on google (for the first time) but apparently its because Canadian teachers are leaving the job due to crazy stress and heavy work loads. And my class has about 20 kids and we are two grades together (im not saying my grade.)

But its crazy that there's like NO teachers and i know its not just my school in Saskatchewan.

Most teachers I've had actually are so bad (my opinion) AND The textbooks we have are so outdated they are from 2000s. There are names in there from the 2000s (sick af tho)

I also think the phone ban for Saskatchewan schools is 50% good and 50% bad. Its good so kids focus more in class (obviously not working for my school) bc they are so disconnected and its really easy to sneak earbuds for music.(not saying you should)
