Quick tidy and stocktake of what I have left. Anyone else have a pile at the side of their wardrobe too or am i just disorganised? 🤣

Big shout out to any fellow incontinence sufferers out there in the UK today. Dealing with incontinence in the summer is always a challenge but the extreme temperatures of the last few days and nights just makes it harder. Plastic back nappies are great but also hold the heat and moisture and become sweaty very quickly. Cloth back are more breathable but tend to sag and not hold smells quite as well. Trying to drink more can result in more accidents but not doing tends to result in stronger smells. My advice is stay as hydrated as possible, allow for more frequent changes and embrace talc. Snake brand Prickly heat can be very cooling....but take care where it goes! Loose cotton shorts (or cord if you are like me 😂) and cool tops can help you to keep comfortable.

Not happened for a while, possibly as I have embraced thicker nappies for overnight generally, but woke up in a puddle this morning. Wet sheet and mattress protector, plus wet boxers. Once a bedwetter......

Don't be afraid of a little peekage!

Enjoying a few days in the beautiful English countryside. Dealing with incontinence means a few adjustments and a bit extra planning but is not a barrier. More facilities in public toilets would be great but so long as carry changes and disposal bags it isn't a huge issue. Went with pull-ups, less secure but also less swamp-ass when gaining altitude putting in the miles.

Spring feels like it has arrived (there will be snow next week no doubt) but slowly moving into cloth back nappies for the day time. I prefer the plastic back in terms of leaks and smell but not the sweating!

Currently camping for a few days. Incontinence should not be a barrier to enjoying our amazing countryside. Needs a bit more planning, remembering to bring enough changes, checking if there are there suitable facilities if on a campsite etc; and tent changes can be tricky, but its worth the effort!

Another sunny start in Yorkshire. In my overnight nappy as still plenty of capacity. Megamax have a huge capacity but are definitely not discreet enough for day wear in my opinion. But a 6am commute, no problem 👍🏻

You know it's time to change when you have to add more tape!

More time outside yesterday in the spring sunshine (between the showers) Was a bit bulky at one point so needed a quick outdoor change. Nowhere secluded so was a fast high risk one. Luckily no one stumbled on this nappy dad!

Out again today. Think spring is in retreat as cold out. As always needed a change as seem to be a human fountain at the moment and don't want wet pants or trackies.

Out on the trusty steed again today, aka, the bike 🤣 Started off in a pull-up but as always the coffee meant soon time for a change. Tena Maxi Active Fit. Always tricky in a field as no backstop but it held up well. 40 miles in some gale force winds.
