Where I’ve been and what the heck is going on?!?

Hey what’s up hello!

It has been TOO long, and I am the worst. The last three months have been a whirlwind, and somehow I’ve found myself a month into my senior year of college. 

So, maybe you’re wondering and maybe you aren’t, but here is a recap of where I’ve been, and where I plan on taking this blog over the next few months. 

JULY:

I went to Arizona! I spent a week in AZ visiting my best friend from high school, climbing mountains, and having a heat stroke on the back of a horse. (pictures to come). The rest of the month was spent working at Charming Charlie, and getting plugged in at a new church!

AUGUST: 

I worked. and worked. and worked. I picked up hours until I was one hour short of full time, and i saved up a ton of money. I spent some time with friends, and traveled around MI and OH a bit more!

SEPTEMBER:

Senior year began. I got a job on campus as a marketing assistant. I started an on campus Bible study. I made some amazing new friends. I studied. 

OCTOBER:

Here we are! I’m plugging away at my second to last semester of classes, working 12 hours a week, leading a Bible study and student ministries at an amazing church in Ann Arbor, taking fun photos, and falling in love with my life! 

THE FUTURE:

I know that I started this blog as a fashion blog, but my life and interests have evolved into so much more, so things are changing around here. I plan on changing this into more of a lifestyle blog. I know I might lose some of you beautiful people to this, but I hope some of you choose to stick around. I plan on sharing my adventures, goals, and journey, alongside the same old fashion and beauty posts you’ve seen before! 

I am so excited about my future here, and I can’t wait for you to see what I have planned! 

Apparently I can hover above the ground, haha.

This summer is definitely a hot one! I just got home from a vacation in Arizona, and I thought I was going to melt it was so hot. I love this outfit for running around taking photos and running errands. It was 90+ degrees this day and I was still comfortable.

How gorge is this Taylor Monroe Evie Blazer!? I’m not going to lie, when I took it out of the box, I was a little intimidated by the brightness of it, but once I put it on, I fell in love. I paired it with a white tank, dark wash jeans, and nude flats, but it could easily be paired with a pencil skirt and heels to dress it up! I have a few client presentations next week, and I definitely plan on wearing it for one of them!

Comfy clothes are my life when I’m stressed with finals. This Lauren James Beach Comber top is no exception.
