Having some fun with AI.
I dug out the Chaco sandals I bought on sale a couple years ago to replace my old ones when they finally died (they’re dying now, I’ve almost fully ripped them in a few spots and they’re hanging on by a thread) and the problem is. Despite cajoling and using pliers and soaking the shoe in fabric softener water and trying several other things, the straps on the right shoe don’t move and can’t loosen or tighten. The left one is fine. I had the same problem when I tried them when I bought them, but I figured between now and then surely something would ease up. Rookie mistake, I know.
Does anyone have tips? Should I contact the company? I can’t imagine they’re still exchangeable or whatever because it’s been a couple years

If you're wearing sandals, your stupid face isn't going to be in the picture. Just get over it.
