Mutant Maggots

Anne Maria — God, she’s such a chihuahua girl. A frou frou dog that’s a bitch and can be carried around in a purse. Her dog is violent too, it’ll bite anyone who isn’t Anne Maria herself. The dog’s name is probably like. Cupcake or Daisy or some shit. You know she dresses that thing up too.

Brick — He’s had his dog since he was maybe three or four—it’s a German Shepherd his dad bought him as a birthday gift. The dog has and still is suuuuper protective of him, like they’re best friends. The dog’s name is Puppy (he’s never been great at naming pets, okay? His naming skills haven’t improved in the 14 years since adopting the dog). But yeah, that dog is the definition of Man’s Best Friend. I need to draw them.

Cameron — His mom was really hesitant to give him any pets—he’s always wanted a cat or a gecko or something but his mom was way too protective and overbearing. But, after a lottt of asking, she got him some fish. They were bettas and unfortunately, he had to witness the canon event that is one fish killing the other. The one he still has is named Blue though. It’s lived a surprisingly long time too, it’s going on five years.

Jo — She has a black cat. She’s not much better at naming pets than Brick is, so his name is just Cat. The cat had the same attitude that she does tbh. The only one Cat likes is Jo. And that’s the way it should be. Jo and Cat against the world. i love them to bits istg

Mike — He had a bunny as a kid, but his parents got rid of it during their divorce and he hasn’t had a pet since. Manitoba brings random animals inside (like snakes and spiders) but Mike always gets rid of them when he fronts again. I do headcanon he gets a psychiatric dog post show to help with his disassociation and PTSD—she’s a golden retriever named Maya. He’s got a pretty bad cat allergy, so he steers clear of cats when he can.

Zoey — I’m pretty sure she canonically has a hamster named Ms. Puffycheeks but I also have a headcanon that she has a calico cat named Ringo (yes, after the Beatle. or Bertle as they call it in their universe). She’s got a pretty bad fear of dogs though—especially big ones. She got bit by one as a kid and never got past that fear. It took her a while to get used to Mike’s dog, but they made it work.

Toxic Rats

B — Ironically, he has a parrot. The parrot is really smart too—B taught it a ton of tricks and words. His name’s Apollo. The parrot talks a lot more than he does.

Dakota — She seems like she had a horse girl phase tbh…like I can see her being one of those kids who begged her dad for a horse any chance she got. She did get one eventually—she’s a cream colored horse named Buttercup. She couldn’t ride the horse after she mutated but she still loves her to death.

Dawn — You’d think she’d have a lot of pets but I don’t think she does. She tends to attract a lot of wild animals who she considers to be her friends. She also probably nurses hurt and sick animals back to health. She has two parakeets though. Orion and Calypso.

Lightning — He has a Belgian Shepherd who he likes running and working out with. His name’s Thunder. Because you can’t have lightning without thunder.

Sam — I feel like he’d be a reptile guy, I dunno…he has a turtle. He seems like a turtle kind of guy. He named the turtle Bowser because of course he did.

Scott — He has a Border Collie named Copper and two barn cats named Boots and Bandit. Boots is a tuxedo and Bandit is a tabby. Scott loves those two and sneaks them inside sometimes, even though he knows his dad hates when the cats are inside. They’re a lot better at catching rats than him. Living on a farm he also has goats, chickens, pigs…so yeah, he knows a lot about animals lol

Staci — She doesn’t have any pets, but she lies about having some because her great great great great grandfather domesticated the first dog. Allegedly. Idk i don’t really care for or about her lol

He gets distracted from saving a drowning person to flirt with a girl he likes, he says “sucktaculer” unironically, he wanted to dress up a three eyed frog for a fashion contest, he gave Zoey a pair of Brick’s unwashed rankass military boots to try to cheer her up, he vents about his internalized ableism on international television (IE calling himself a “freakish weirdo” in the confessional booth), he beats the shit out of his alters and says “there! That’s more like it >:)” afterwards, he has a necklace with his own face on it, he eats bacon with his bare hands, he gives Zoey an apple slice with a knife stabbed through it.
