i've been really fantasizing about being silent recently. like at work i have to talk to every person that walks through the door, I've basically become a door greeter at this point, and at home i'm something of a yapper. and i'm happy being a chatterbox, but im not happy being a door greeter. and on work days, by the time noon rolls around the two kinda start feeling the same and i just want to be completely alone. i'll start fantasizing about the next stat holiday, where i'll have three days off and i'll not say a single word for 72 hours. i've been thinking about this for so long I've got a real plan and everything. but it's probably not realistic. its certainly doable, but i dunno. its probably one of those things where the anticipation is better than the real thing

the trouble of transition is definitely the mental game. that's probably pretty obvious but its true!!! i like to lose the mental game, its something i do lots! but i like to think of it like a big big huge ginormous health bar that im slowly chipping away at. one day there will be no more horrors 🤞🤞
