The music-related stuff in Melody’s collection is absolutely terrific. In case you couldn’t tell by her name, music is a big part of Melody’s story. Her family sings at church and her brother has a do-wop group called The Three Ravens, which Melody sometimes sings backup for. So while her Do-Wop Dress-up Outfit and Fancy Floral Dress are definitely more grown-up than your typical nine-year-old would wear, they’re meant for musical performances, so Melody has a reason to wear them. Personally, I think they’re great! Clearly, AG has spent a lot of time looking at the girl groups of the 60s:

Did you brush your teeth this morning? How about your hair?

Listen to the messages on your phone that have been there for days.

Go outside for at least a couple of minutes. You don’t even have to do anything; just sit down. Breathe in the fresh air and get some vitamin D.

Open your blinds. Your room is too dark and it’s probably making you tired.

Spend some time with your pet. Pet them, feed them, take them for a walk or clean out their litter box. Caring for them will make you feel useful and responsible and give you something to do.
