I need help paying my electric bill, since my next check this friday is all going towards my water bill and hopefully my phone bill. Both are due on the 22nd, but at least with electric it can go over a couple days, but the water will be shut off, so I have to call them up tomorrow to ask if I can get a couple day extension (just got the letter in the mail for past due today). Its $458.46 for my electric, while my water is $132.45 (which i should be getting at least a lil under $200 to cover that and hopefully phone) [7/21/26 update] I can only take paypal for now, as my Venmo is frozen since its has negative $4 and it wont take the $26 i threw in there from paypal (they want a bank that isn't bancorp or a debit card that aren't gift card types, since it has to be connected to a zip code) An incredibly kind donation was able to unlock my venmo so its available now to use! Thanks again so much!!!!!

I’m glad so many people have discovered Judith “Judy” Heumann through this silly little gif set. I am sorry to say she has died at the age of 75. She was known as the mother of disability rights. In 1970 she sued the Board of Education to become a licensed teacher and she won. In 1977 she was one of the organizers of the 504 Sit-in, a 24 day protest for disability rights.
