The Regency Collection - Sims 2 Conversion

This one has been requested by several people, and turns out was on my list, and downloaded in my WIP folder for a little while!!

Introducing, Cashcraft's Regency Collection, converted to The Sims 4, for your enjoyment!

It's a very big set, and I was in two minds as to whether I wanted to do more changes or not. I settled on making a lighter wood swatch, as well as some additional coloured upholstery, and tablewear. As in other sets I've done, I have given all possible combinations, which were only previously available on individual swatches, including a couple new, fun bits.

It's a combination of Cashcraft's main Regency set, plus the Red set, and Revisited set.

The set has 24 items; the pictures represent a small number of the swatches as examples.

"Bridgerton House" Pianoforte

From thew new packs, the piano was one of the only things I was interested in - and I saw some potential for it to look really good, in a more customisable way. The original EA piano has 12 swatches, with various seat upholstery colours, and a huge spray of flowers &c. on top. Of those 12, there are 3 where the flowers are invisible in game - but you still get a huge random shadow over the top.

My first desire was to fix this huge shadow, and then it was to liberate the upholstery - making it available for all piano colours.

In addition to this, it was pointed out to me that perhaps the castors (wheels on the piano), were not quite historical enough; so I replaced the legs with ones that are similar to the ones the seat uses. (in saying this, looking at photos online, it looks like the piano in the "morning room" on Bridgerton does have castors; but when looking at pictures from the 19th century, I only saw castor-less legs)

Some of the EA's original colours were cut--but this is made up for with the 72 swatches you get with the pianoforte!!

And this is Base Game Compatible, so you don't need to pay for anything just one item 🙌🏻

I'm not supersuper at making new textures yet, but I think the resulting piano-tops look unique (they are, I did them one at a time, perhaps to my disadvantage 🫠), and could be real woodgrain! Just a teaser of the colours:

Considering the amount of time, and determination this caused me (not to mention starting from scratch again, more than once), I decided it would be good to release it publicly, so everyone can benefit from that hard work.

I also put heaps of deco slots on top, so you can add whatever you like to decorate your room how you want!

Indulgent Living - Curtain recolour + more

I recently found these curtains by @xsavannahx987 which are two-tone and draperies which other versions of the curtains don't have. There was only one swatch and size (which I call "short-wide"), so I decided to take it on as a little project.

I present the "Indulgent Living" curtains in Wide: Short, Medium, and Tall; and Skinny: Short, Medium, and Tall.

I have also added an additional 12 swatches, so hopefully you can utilise these in a number of different room colour schemes!
