Just saw someone making the claim (and it's not the first time I've seen this, they just said it very confidently) that there is *no* quantifiable difference between transmasc people and trans men, therefore if you're going to "let" one group identify as lesbians you need to "let" the other group identify as lesbians too. Uh, why would anyone identify as nonbinary if it is no different from a binary identity? All you're actually saying to me is that the only qualifying factors you are caring to look at is stuff like physical transition and agab. There *are* important differences between these identities and yeah it does fucking matter when we say transmasculinity is not itself exclusionary to lesbianism but identifying as a man is exclusionary to lesbianism because lesbians don't like men. I know I've made my stance clear on this before and better worded, too, but I'm really tired of this discourse and the idea that there's no difference between a transmasc person (transmasc doesn't actually tell you how someone actually even identifies, it's just a description of their transition itself) vs a trans man. Very telling how you see those two things as equal. A trans man who's never been on hormones and dresses in a feminine style is not more welcome in lesbian community than a transmasculine genderless dyke that's been taking testosterone for ten years and has had multiple surgeries for the purpose of their transition. These are two different people with two different identities! They're different from each other! Transmasculine people who do not identify as men don't just do that for shits and giggles there's a reason why they identify the way they do and no other way. There's a literal difference. Stop telling me that I need to accept men in lesbian spaces or telling me that I basically am a man. I'm repulsed!!

ohhhh shit. target is recalling their up & up baby wipes (fragrance free & fresh cucumber scented) because they're contaminated with Burkholderia cepacia complex and Burkholderia gladioli, multiple people are reporting discoloration & infections. i just got a call about it cuz i had purchased those but i've already gone through them 😅 so no refund for me. but im fine. if you have these they're saying you need to immediately stop using them and bring them back to target for a full refund. this bacteria can cause life threatening infections in children/infants and people with compromises immune systems (ESPECIALLY cystic fibrosis!!) and i know lots of other chronically ill people follow me!!!!

If you use baby wipes go check them NOW. A lot of Burkholderia bugs are antibiotic resistant so infections can be really difficult to treat.
