As you could guess we are very excited. But we need YOUR help! We’re still in the process of choosing prompts, so if any of you lovely, creative souls have some suggestions please send them to us!

On Nov 1 we will go through and choose 7 prompts from however many we get, so please — reblog this post and spread the word!

Secondly, she tells Auruo she doesn’t like his impersonation—and Auruo isn’t a complete idiot…so why would he continue to do it knowing she didn’t like it?

Secondly, Auruo doesn’t even really act like Levi—more like, he tries to emulate the “cool superior” and “don’t give a fuck badass” attitudes that he probably expected from Levi. So, he’s trying, but he’s not doing a very job, which is an incredibly childish-seeming thing to do, right?

Let’s go back to Ilse no Techou (the OVA, not the chapter). At this point in time, Auruo’s speech patterns appear to have been different (I don’t have headphones on me, so I can’t check to make sure, but I’ll definitely do that when I get home and update this post when I get a chance), and he didn’t wear the cravat-thing yet. As such, we can assume that his imitation of Levi began after Levi saved his ass from getting eaten. 

Auruo is imitating Levi because he still kind of views Levi as a hero.

And as July pointed out, Petra thinks his impersonation is completely stupid and also fairly fucking irritating. Even Levi thinks it’s a little annoying. Auruo’s just doing it because he wants to become more like his vision of a hero, and that’s (while honestly vaguely obnoxious) adorable as fuck.

I’m not intending to in any way bash either Rivetra or Petruo, so I’m sorry if it sounds like I am. Both are great ships, but these specific details just aren’t supported by what we’ve been shown in the series.

Really, all the SNK characters are great though, for sure.
