How does one not feel worried their doing wrong by comforting someone? I keep thinking about this what if, that what if. It just feels like everything I do isn't enough. I could be doing 10x better. Do they even feel comforted by my words or at least someone cares so it doesn't matter how horrible I am at this, at least I'm caring but I could honestly do better. Why can't I? I can't think of the perfect response. I know there is no perfect response but every response I give feels not right. Like, they don't need to be happy after I comforted them. That would worry me even more. Even more what if's popping into my head. Like how does anyone feel confident comforting someone? Why does anyone even want my comfort? Like honestly you could get better comfort. It's in my head of so many possibilities of what I could say, do, but it all comes out as garbage. Like I could do so much better. I'm not doing enough. And it's even worse when I feel like my words aren't sincere. I'm being sincere. Why doesn't it feel like I'm being sincere? I hate how much I worry about this when they weren't even bothered by it or noticed it. Why does saying that make me sound like I'm smug?!?! I'm just going off facts here because that's how to deal with this anxiety but I just feel worse. I hate this so much.

It's about respecting someone boundaries, I repeat all the time that because of how I am paranoid of being replaced I would NOT give anyone from where I get my stuff, even tho you can easily search them. I think that it's even in my intro. I would not risk having a whole ass mental breakdown just because someone search " Dark KAngel ". I am not rude, I just don't make exceptions.
