Hai hai its me again the website i used for searching some vkei band is called vk.gy (idk if the link works on the name and im too sick to test it so just click on the name if it doesn't work just search it up) its a forum that uploads news of vkei band and is also a place where u can search the type of visual of your taste in the band section .it may look intimidating but its quite easy to use. And yeah the specific visual kei uses lolita outfit its called tanbi kei (im a sucker for it since i love Victorian era outfit, lolita fashion and ouji but thats beside the point).
When searching keep the vkei only option on bc they also have artist that arent vkei in it(idk why legit saw an idol group there that simply take some vkei inspo lol)
