Youtube made me WANT this BAD. Is anyone else super excited that Urban Decay has announced that they are coming out with the Naked Basics 2? At first I wasn't super excited but when I saw Sona Gasparian's review and tutorial using the new cool toned basics pallete I knew I needed this in my life. Not only do the colors look amazing on their own but it is the perfect pallete to use with the Urban Decay Naked2 and Naked3 palletes.

You may have seen in a previous post that I purchased the new Micro Mini Beauty Blenders. i knew I needed these little guys in my life the second I saw the Sephora ad in my inbox. I am obsessed with the original Beauty Blender and have already posted about my love for it. I assumed that I would be obsessed with the mini version too, but after using these little guys I am upset to say that I am not really a fan. Sephora.com describes this product as  "A duo of mini sponge applicators that allow you to contour, highlight, and precisely apply makeup on the smallest parts of the face." However I found that the miniature size of the product was awkward and more difficult to use. I would pass on purchasing this product for $17.95 and stick to using the pointed end on the original beauty blender to blend product on the smaller parts of the face.

YouTube made me want this! The first youtuber I saw using the Bobbi Brown Shimmer Brick Compact in the shade Beige was Amanda Ensing. Then all of my favorite youtubers started to use it too! I knew I wanted it but didn't want to spend $44.00 on a highlighting powder. So I hesitated in purchasing it, and I am so glad I did because I found the perfect dupe at the MAC Cosmetics counter. The MAC Mineralize Skinfinsh powder in the shade Global Glow is cheaper then the shimmer brick but is the same exact color. You can purchase this power at any MAC store or online for $32.00.

Peep the new #beautyblender micro minis

Youtube made me buy this. I did not know about lush products until a few of the girls I watch on youtube were talking about them. Lush makes handmade cosmetics. Ocean Salt is a face and body scrub. I use this product mostly to exfoliate my hands but I also have used it on my face. It's amazing stuff and smells great too! I have repurchased this product at least 3 times, it is a must have in our bathroom.

Youtube made me want this. Youtube's Michele Phan posted on her blog that Lorac Cosmetics is coming out with a Pro Pallet 2. As I have mentioned in the past I own the first pro palette and it is one of my favorite pallets ever. Much like the first palette this second one includes 16 shades (8 matte and 8 shimmer). I am hoping these shades are as smooth and buttery as the eye shadows in the first pro pallet. I will be purchasing this palette ASAP. Lorac Cosmetics has mentioned there will be an exclusive launch at ulta.com on 6/15.

YouTube made me try this. For years i have gotten sucked into the infomercials of Wen by Chaz Dean, but it wasn't until I saw that Claire Marshall talking about how much she loved Wen products on youtube that I actually bought the sweet almond mint cleansing conditioner at Sephora for $32.00. Unfortunately I cannot say that I have become a Wen girl. The cleansing experience was odd, since there is no lathering, and this product did make it easier to take a quicker shower. But for me the results were not as mind-blowing as the infomercial made it seem. I felt like my hair looked greasy after just one day.  Luckily for me I purchased this product with a gift card, but I will not be repurchasing this product.

YouTube made me buy this. I mentioned in my last post that I purchased the Original Beauty Blender because of the good reviews on youtube. I had no idea how to clean it though, when shopping in sephora I spotted the Blendercleanser Solid for $15.95, and after using it just once I was in love. This handy solid cleanser is perfect for cleaning the beauty blender, but can also be used for other makeup brushes. It's the only cleanser I pack when I'm traveling.

All three of these ladies had nothing but positive things to say about this 16 eyeshadow pallet. This pallet contains 8 shimmery shades and 8 matte shades.
