if you've spent any time in the "quiet luxury makeup" corner of the internet you've seen suqqu mentioned like it's some kind of secret handshake. it's not really a secret, it's just not marketed the way most western luxury brands are. no huge campaigns, no constant new drops, the brand's whole identity is precision and restraint.
the brushes are honestly the entry point for most people handmade, and the difference in how product applies is immediately noticeable, not just marketing spin.
the base makeup leans skin-like rather than dewy, which is rare even chanel and tom ford chase that glow direction. if you're oily/combo like me, it's genuinely one of the more wearable luxury bases out there, though i'm not saying it beats hera's black cushion (linked below) different categories, different job.
