Boy Number Seven

[Pretend this is anonymous.] Nobu opens the mailbox to find a small scrapbook. Inside is a collection of the first online messages between him and Fujisaki, starting like this: Chihiro: H-Hello! I’m Chihiro Fujisaki..! Nobu: Oh, hey! I’m Yoshitoki Kuninobu. You seem pretty cute, to be honest. Uh, haha, anyway… Nice to meet you!  Chihiro: C-C-Cute…?! O-Oh! Um… Th-Thank you! It’s nice to meet you too..! Nobu: O-Oh, hey! Don’t blush…! I meant it as a compliment…. Surely you’re used to that kind of stuff?! I didn’t mean to embarrass you! I thought a pretty girl like you would be used to being called cute! Chihiro: Y-You’re too kind, really… I’m sorry to get embarrassed so easily..! Nobu: There’s no need to apologize either… You’re really sweet and polite, though! I guess your friends are pretty lucky people to have you around, huh? Etc. There is also a small note inside the scrapbook, with a message: “Physical collection of the start of your adventure so you can always have it near!!" 

Oh, uh.... I don’t know who submitted this, but thank you. It brought back some happy memories.

Happy to welcome the newest member of our family!!! We probably need to disinfect him first, though.

not every battle can be won in a day. few can, actually. keep going, keep fighting. please persevere. in time, things always get better. until then, acknowledge and be proud of any progress you make, however small. remember: healing isn’t immediate, and it isn’t always obvious either.

Eight long years abroad and somehow I never thought to search up my old peers via an outdated blogging platform of all places. Better late than never though, huh? 

Yo, Yoshitoki! It’s been a dogs age, kid! I’ve been staying in America with the national basketball team. Looks like I’m officially retired though– thanks shattered shoulder bone. I’ll get into all that later though. I’m coming back soon so lets meet up and talk about everything. Pass along the message to Shu if the two of you are still under the same roof! 

Oh man, you’ve got me all worried now. When can we meet up? I’ve got an open schedule.
