Current obsession: Upgrade my flute. I started playing again this year, after ten years of involuntary break (health issues). In one year, I managed to recover the level I had when I stopped. It's huge ! I'm thinking of acquiring a higher-end flute, but somehow i feel illegitimate…

Currently working on: This summer, surviving heat is a full time job. I had no break for more than a month… I try to maintain some of my activities (more for my mental health than for productivity). I finally started a painting project that has been waiting since last December. I reworked the initial sketch and prepare the fabric of the canvas.

Maybe I will try to make a full post about this painting project.

In those stolen hours of the night, he would catch low groans, incoherent mumbles making their way out of Hailou's room that made his heart clench and his grip on the cane tighten.

In the past, he wouldn't hesitate to slip into Hailou's room, to gently shake him awake and reassure him that he was here, he was alright. But now, there was a part of him that wasn't so sure
