You can play old events on Lonely Devil or use them for the new event that's coming out today. Since you have more than 2000(?) Ap I think you can try aiming for both the demon SSR and the memory SSR. Or you can keep saving them for a different event, I know some people are saving their DP and AP for Satan's birthday event next month since birthday events are generally tougher. Lastly if your cards are strong enough then maybe binging through the main story is another option. It's really up to you how you want to spend them, my suggestion is the new event or save up for birthday events. 😁
