Yeonhwa Kim, The Voice from the Past, 2017, 2D Film

Multi-sensory scheme was applied but hard to adjust the level of sound and height of screen due to the existence of collaborated artworks.

rearranged the position but recognized the unbalanced materials and colors between the objects and floor.

Started to administrative work but hard to be positioned, regarding to the direction of light and the level of height for the audiences.

Bridging identity seems to be very hard because of combining different characteristics on materials, but getting on a right track.

Application of ink caused blurred images on tracing.

Application of pencil for a better tracing work.

The contrasted images between analogue TV and digitalised mobile handsets show the perceptional connection, titled as the Voice from the Past. 

It will ruin the image of traced objects.

The image of fingerprints on the adhesive film.

Plastic materials on the surface of analog TV receiver seems to be very hard to extract the tracing images, so that I applied the 3M Spray Mount for a better result.
