Each layer preserves fragments of a civilization that sought to transform experience into matter. Human figures survive only as faint traces, eroded by time, while color ceases to be paint and becomes sediment. What was once an artistic gesture has entered the geology of the Earth. Within Stratigraphic Expressionism, painting no longer represents human history. It becomes part of it. Art is no longer a cultural object but a deposit of consciousness, where time does not erase memory. It mineralizes it. The solitary observer is not standing before a mural. They are facing a stratigraphic profile of human imagination. Perhaps the Ser-Novo will never know our names, yet it may read, within these layers, humanity's deepest aspiration: to transform consciousness into matter, and matter into memory. Holzer
