I think at first he would bully you when he first met you
like, as a "a friend of an enemy is my enemy" way or smth like that
when Robert first brought you to the office as another dispatcher, Flambae would often come by your desk to start bullying you
most of this would include him making fun of your appearance (uniform) and calling you stupid
You quickly got used to his comments every day, soon you just considered them as him greeting you at the start of the day

It goes without saying that being a hero at SDN means getting injured regularly. Whether you were dispatched on a mission to take out a gang of redring members or helping a cat out of a tree, danger was always lurking around the corner for the heroes.
Luckily for you, you worked at SDN as a dispatcher, leaving you in the nice and safe comfort of the SDN office building. Danger was rarely lurking around the corner for you.
You were grateful for your secure job as an SDN dispatcher; you were glad you could help out civilians while staying in the comfort of your own personal space. But seeing heroes come back from missions always made your heart tinge a little. Some would come back with scratches and bruises, while others would come back with broken and fractured bones. You never failed to flinch at the blood leaking down some of their open wounds as the injured heroes made their way to SND’s infirmary.
Today was the same as your other days on the job; you sat in your office cubicle as you watched heroes go in and out of the building. You worked with your team, dispatching them throughout the city to complete missions as you guided them through comms.
It was sometime during the first shift when you spotted a woman with short black hair and a bright pink jacket walking into the building from across the room. You could see that her face was covered in injuries, ranging from shallow cuts to dark purple bruises.
“Oof… That’s gotta hurt.” You cringe a little at her wounds.
While you were observing each wound on her face, she looks over at your direction. Your eyes meet for a brief second before you quickly looked away. Awkward…
You didn’t want to make anything weird, opting to focus on your own work. You busy yourself with finishing your paperwork to hopefully make you feel less embarrassed of getting caught staring…

After a few moments of awkward silence, she finally opened her mouth to say something.

Blood splurted out of her nose. Dripping all over her pink jacket and the bandages covering her face.

The woman quickly vanished into thin air, disappearing as quickly as she came and leaving you in a complete daze of confusion. You would have thought her powers were something related to teleportation, if not for the drips of red blood staining the carpetted floors.
