He is the sweetest guy you could ever ask for

When he’s busy in the lab, he’ll always invite you to lounge in the lab with him while he works with his tech

If the tech he’s working with is particularly dangerous, he’ll tell you to stay behind him when he runs the tests, he wont tell u to leave tho xddd

He’s kind of like a massive, muscular teddy bear thats 3 times bigger than you

Gives the best bear hugs in the world, he naturally runs hot too so hugging him is super nice when its winter

Whenever he’s giving physical affection to you, like holding your hand, hugging you, or placing his hand on you, you notice he’s super gentle with you

When you first started dating, he would be super gentle towards you cuz he’s scared he might hurt with with how absolutely massive and strong he is, but after a few weeks/months, he warms up and is more open to physical affection once he realises that you’re not made of glass

I can see his love language is acts of service

He’s amazing at giving massages, his massive hands can squeeze all the stress from your bones

If you’re working as a dispatcher, you’ll find a cup of hot tea/coffee waiting for you on your desk

While he’s not the best at cooking, he’s always willing to try making food for you

Don’t be scared to ask him to do manual stuff, it’s quite literally no problem for him

He would make small gadgets for you to make your day easier, a small portable cup warmer to make sure you tea/coffee stays warm, an automatic instant noodle cooker for those late nights doing paperwork

He’s a very sly person, his emotions are very obvious so its difficult trying to decipher what he is thinking

That doesn’t stop you from loving him as a significant other xddd

He's not as charming as kon-kusuriuri, but he does have his own charisma

He’s quite nonchalant, but he shows his love in other forms

His love language is probably acts of service and quality time

He’s not big on physical touch; he rarely initiates, but he will reciprocate

He’s very closed off in public since he has his duties as a medicine seller and mononoke slayer, but those walls will fall down when he’s in private with u

He’s cheeky, very cheeky

He’s also a bit sexually driven, given by his special collection of  magazines

He’ll cough and try to brush it off if you find out about them

While he does get slightly embarrassed, he’ll hide it by being the one teasing you about it

“oh… does my collection fluster you?”

He’s really resourceful, he has almost everything and anything in his medicine box

In his down time, he likes giving you a tour around his box, showing you all sorts of medicinal products he carries around with him

He loves when you brush his hair, he canonically has really long hair

Probably has the most lucious hair known to man, youre so jealous

He’ll pretend to gatekeep his hair routine, but will eventually get behind you and take care of your hair himself

I headcanon that Kon was taken in by Ri and became his apprentice. He learnt everything he knows from him, so obviously he looks up to him a lot

When you guys started dating, Kon immediately took you to meet Ri, and him being a cold and seemingly heartless person, he simply just nods and walks away like he doesn’t care (he's secretly proud)

When you guys are in private, Kon likes getting headpats from you - or any form of attention from you

His hair is very smooth and soft like fur, even if its a lot shorter than Ri, it's still very nice to pat

Will go up to you, put his head on your lap or shoulder, and expect tons of headpats and kisses

You may or may not be able to hear purrs coming from him when you do pat his head

When he comes to you after a long day of slaying Mononoke, his battery completely drains

he would just flop down onto you, no words are spoken, he just wants to be next to you

He loves loves loves loves loves loves LOVES food

Anything you make him, he will it gobble down within seconds, a large grin plastered on his face along with the crumbs of food

And yes, i mean Kon, being Ri’s apprentice, learnt EVERYTHING from him… including his very specific interest in those types of magazines

Kon is a kitsune, meaning he is a little more lustful than an average man

He introduces you to these magazines, not fully understanding how flustering it can be for you

He got worried with how red your face became after he showed you the pile of magazines - you had to teach him something Ri didn’t

He just wants to show u cuz he thinks they’re cool that's all :c

Since he’s a kitsune, he’s also super playful

He loves play wrestling with you, and it usually always ends up into a tickle-fight

Sonar x gn!reader headcanons: Meeting the parents

[notes: sorry im like 6 years late to this request... hope u enjoy the headcanons]

Omg poor guy is so nervousness

There has always been some sort of stigma towards hybrids, especially scary predators like bats, and ESPECIALLY if they have the ability to undergo a monstrous transformation from his usual bat-hybrid human appearance

Ever since you planned this meeting with him and your parents a few weeks ago, he’s constantly been on his toes

Always asking you about how your parents were, if they thought hybrids were weird, if they found bats scary etc etc

He would be non-stop fidgeting with the hem of his sleeves, asking you constantly if his appearance seemed fit for the meeting

A bouquet of colourful flowers and a bottle of nice wine rested in his hands

His foot tapping on the welcome mat outside of your parents’ home and his hands are all clammy

He’s really jumpy when he’s nervous, so when he finally hears the click of the door unlocking, he immediately jolts up, his ears are perked and his posture is straightened

When he sees your parents on the other side of the door, he tries to quickly muster up some courage to greet them formally, but is met with two very excited people

He tried to make sense of it all, why would anyone be this excited to see a scary-looking hybrid, let alone a BAT hybrid

He looks over to you for some form of answer, but all you do is shrug as you parents quickly welcome into your home

Turns out, your parents were always very interested in hybrids, ever since they were teenagers!

“O-oh…? Really? You don’t think I’m a mons- scary?” He’s very taken aback

Your parents quickly reassure him, they never found hybrid people scary, infact, they were fascinated by them

He’s so glad that your parents were so ready to accept him

They were asking him questions nonstop throughout dinner and you couldnt stop laughing

He’s not used to social situations where he was the center of attention in a good way, so he’s still kinda on guard with how he talks but he feels so much happier

Your parents love Sonar and he loves your parents

I think her love language would 100% be physical affection, just look at how often she swings her arm around robert

LOVES the dates you have where you order pizza, drink soda/beer while sitting on the couch binge watching a random Netflix series

I think she’s not the jealous type, she trusts you and is emotionally mature enough to understand that you can talk to people other than her xdd

If she sees someone trying to flirt with you at a bar, she won’t act immediately and will just watch from afar, she on guard now

[notes: sjiahiuahdiae i love zanka, also pls dont be offended if i said anything that isnt accurate, i dont really have many experiences with these types of things sorry ;-;;;]

he would be so caring for u its so cute

you would pretty much see him always by your side no matter what

often times hes a bit unsure of what to do to help you, he knows youre a capable person but at the same time he cant help but worry

this just ends up with him awkwardly by your side lolol

he just wants to be there as a shoulder you can lean on when you need it

enjin teases him about it all the time

During missions, or really whenever youre away from the cleaners' HQ, Zanka would always carry a mini first-aid kit for you

His bag would be full of medication and tapes to ease your pains

It makes his bag heavier, but he considers it training to get stronger

He refuses to let you carry anything unnecessary, even though you may be capable; it's still his job as a gentleman and your boyfriend!

Sometimes he may pamper you a little too much and end up underestimating your capabilities

i feel like he would sometimes let you use his lovely assistaff as a walking cane if you feel too much fatigue/pain

Coupe is like your knight in shining armour, she would kill everyone and then herself just for you

She's super protective of you, she won't hesitate to step in to stand between you and the danger

She doesn't get jealous easily, but when she is, she gets JEALOUS jealous

If she sees a stranger getting a little too close to you and making you visibly uncomfortable, start walking around you like a predator stalking her prey, her hands would gently lie on your shoulders, and her face would be super close to yours

This itself would intimidate the stranger to back off, but if they don't catch the hint yet, she would glare daggers at them while wrapping her arms around your waist tightly
