Amigurumi crochet eyes -- saw on Facebook group and saving just in case I need this reference at some point
Saving this here for later
6-point star knit pattern
Bee Lovey for Myles
Learned C2C crocheting kinda. I was trying to follow a YouTube tutorial without sound, and it was...eh. But I still did/finished the project lol. The blanket part was kinda wonky for me this time around, but I was told the kids still loved it, so that's good enough for me π
Used this free pattern and what I think are Caron simply soft yarn skeins. Size H hook
Starting to hate my cheapo interchangeable knitting needles. Definitely need to upgrade but these review videos are hella long π

BABY BUBBLE SUNDRESS
Answered a tester call for this cute ass bubble sundress. I told myself I wasn't going to do any testing until after July, but I couldn't resist.
This was meant to be for a 3-6mo baby, buuut it came out kinda large to me. I don't fault the pattern though. My stuff always tends to come out larger, and I used medium instead of "sport" weight yarn. lol.
Yarn: Amigo XL Melange from hobbii - Weight Medium - Color Mint/Light Pink/Sunflower
*note - I love this yarn. I originally wanted to make myself a spring cardigan with this, but thought it'd be perfect for this dress
Crochet hook: 3.75mm
Pattern by Baby Crochet Design Co
The Florence Sweater
I actually made this back in May. lol. I got selected as a pattern tester for The Florence Sweater (pattern found here). This was lots of fun, since I've never been a pattern tester before π π π π . I loved this yarn back when I used it for my mom's wrap (it's really soft). Luckily the sweater itself isn't too hot and I can still wear it throughout the year πππ
Yarn: Caron Latte Cake (bought a while ago, but I think the color is "butter cookie"), bulky (5) supposedly
Amelia's Turtle Amigurumi
I really love the way the yarn worked out for this turtle. Never made an amigurumi this big, but I love it. THOUGH, I still need to work on how I attach amigurumi pieces lolol. That's why I ended up adding a bow...to hide some flaws around the head attachment haha.
I used this free youtube pattern here: Crochet Jumbo Turtle
Elise's Elephant Lovey
Never made one of these before, but it came out pretty cute I think. I used the youtube pattern from here for the elephant part and then the a star lovey crochet blanket tutorial on youtube for the blanket part.
Mother's Day Gift
Mom is difficult to shop for, so I always try to do handmade gifts. Thank you IG and youtube for the ideas and free tutorials:
Using medium weight yarn from YARNS I ALREADY HAVE AND DON'T HAVE LABELS FOR ANYMORE.
Crochet Hook Size: 3.5mm
Learned picots during this project. At least I think I did. Otherwise, it was all mainly double crochets :)

Ed's a fan of New Jeans. I wasn't sure what to get him for his birthday so I made him a bunny key chain. π
Free pattern from YouTube below. I probably should have used a lighter weight yarn, and my smallest hook is 3.25mm, but whatever.
Used Lily Sugar 'n Cream solid white, medium weight yarn.
Finished Enid's snood last week (in reds as requested, instead of pink), inspired from the show Wednesday. Easy pattern, and would have been quick if I hadn't taken a month long hand break since it uses bulky/super bulky yarn and just double crochets all around.
Free pattern from YouTube:
Lion Brand - Wool Ease - Super Bulky - Colors: Cranberry and Claret
Loops & Threads - Charisma - Bulky - Color: Red Heather
After giving myself a full month break because of tendonitis, I'm finally trying some crochet/knitting again. Starting with this simple snood I was working on during the Arnold.
Worked on this last night while I was watching Anne of Green Gables The Sequel from the 80s. Relaxing evening at home. The main part of the snood is done. I just need to weave in the ends and make the tassels.
No pain in my hands last night, but I did take breaks and moved around when my posture started to lose it π
Note to Self:
Still resting my hands because of tendonitis π₯². When my hand is better, make this -
Crochet top from the new TWICE video Set Me Free. There were other knits in this video too that I want to look into more βΊοΈ

Hand is getting worse π. Taking a real break. But if I can without it hurting, my next goals are going to be to tackle some unfinished projects. Right now I have a couple small drawers of those.
First up will be this Hobbes amigurumi I started over 8 years ago and forgot about lol. At least the pattern is still up on ravelry
Should know how to work in the round, increase, decrease, change colours.

Made this for Vivy for her birthday because I think she likes pineapples π. And this was just really cute (free ravelry pattern). I'm not very fast at crocheting yet, but this took me 2 days. That yellow yarn I've had forever, but that green one is a loops & threads color wheel skein. I didn't have a pink sharpie like the pattern said to use for cheeks so I did it with the coral yarn I used for Alan's shoe-matching hand warmers.
This was a fun project just because it's so freakin cute π. Also I learned how to do the solid shell stitch. Pretty and easy π and yay, I'm learning more crochet stuff. It's written out in the person's pattern, but it's easier for me with YouTube sometimes. I think I looked at this video. And for some reason the leaves confused me a lot and I had to restart the first one several times π . Finally I just looked at the picture more closely and tried my best.
π tendonitis in my right hand maybe. Everyone says to take a break from knitting.
At least I finished Alan's convertible hand warmers last week... He wanted something that would match his running shoes.
