Lillian💜 and Rita, despite being complete opposites of each other, have been the bestest of friends since highschool. Lillian can sing and play keyboard while Rita plays the guitar, and while they were having a jam session, they both thought that it would be super fun to form a band out of this! Lillian roped in her boyfriend, George💚, to play secondary guitar and he roped in his own best friend, Tyrique💎, since they could conveniently play the drums!

Yasmine💛 was the last member to join when the rest of the band was already in college. They kinda… scooped her up like an alley stray cat after they witnessed her actively getting kicked out of her family’s place. She doesn’t attend college OFFICIALLY yet (she just hangs with Rita and Lillian in the music classroom) but she does live with the rest of the band in their new apartment and quickly became part of the pack. She’s a bit catty and short-tempered to everyone she talks to, but she does love her friends deeply… especially Rita, in more ways than one-

they’re all actually serious about their aspirations to be a band, trying to book gigs and rehearsing whenever they can. Lillian has also taken up the role as manager, making sure to hold her friends together when they need that stability. George and Rtia are also there to make sure Lillian has people to fall back on too for her own stability <3 they know shes capable but she does like to overwork herself

Tyrique is the most approachable person there, and is literally everyone’s friend!! They don’t talk much but they got a lot of enthusiasm to share!! They find themselves the closest to George, Yasmine, and even Cam (Blaire’s best friend). Aka 3 of the LEAST approachable people ever, barely seen with a smile on their faces. Tyrique knows how to mellow them out and make them smile tho!!

Cam always felt… different. Different from his family, his schoolmates, random people on the street. He always felt like he just couldn’t… connect with anyone. He can only capture glimpses of connections through his camera lens, but that’s about it. The closest he ever really got was with Blaire and that was a weird dynamic in of itself! Its not really a pity for him, though. He accepted all of this about himself a long time ago. Sure, his confusion on why he never fit in would have bothered him back in middle school but honestly? He has his best friend. He has his own passions and dreams. And he’s at a place where he never felt more like himself! Now he’s confident in himself, and is the voice of reason and encouragement for Blaire,giving her the same guidance she gave him so that he can see her get to the same point of authenticity as him!

MEET BLAIRE! 💙🌙 ~~~~ After working her BUTT OFF to pay her own tuition to go to college, nervous-wreck-Blaire tries to manage her new college life as a fashion major along with her best friend, Cam. She keeps to herself a lot if he isn’t around, burying her head in her sketchbook and her walkman. She seems quiet but has a loud personality that she’s REALLY ashamed of and tries to hide constantly. Unfortunately for her, a certain red-haired guitarist likes to poke past her walls, and knows how to read her like a book… she isn’t complaining that much, though… 👀

MEET RITA! ❤️⭐️

After getting into an art college thats 2 hours out from her home city and escaping her suffocating family life, Rita dives head first into her dreams of being a musician/song writer and more importantly, being finally free. As she juggles between her music major, her literary extracurriculars, honing her craft in her independent band and finding ways to adjust to young adult life, she finds herself infatuated with a girl in her grade thats constantly hiding in her sketchbook…

This was a fun week to do tbh!! Even tho just me and like one other person participated (thanks @thefalcon-blackblue I LOVED YOUR FIC 🥺) GETTING TO BUST THESE OUT WAS STILL A BLAST! Anything for this fandom man LOL
