Adventurer's Relationship Charts from the Adventurer's Bible (2021) Fan translation by EHScans

Updated charts from the complete version (2024) spoilers:

I decided a while ago that Infinite is a part of the “Bad Guys” group in Infinite Silver AU, half because he wants to find out where he belongs in this world now that his life’s purpose is sorta gone and half because Starline had a shard of the Phantom Ruby and it was like dangling drugs in front of a recovering addict, Infinite folded immediately.

Lemme explain some of the juicier ones!

Alright so starting with Roddy: He and Magnus got close during the war but only became proper friends during their stay on the Lost Light. Their relationship is super onesided at first, Rodimus (Hot Rod at the time) always yaps Magnus' ear off while he just stands there and half listens. Roddy only really started hanging out with him because he felt bad that the other was always on his own. With time Rodimus starts taking comfort in Magnus quiet presence and in turn Magnus appreciates Rodimus' companionship. Unfortunately at some point, unbeknownst to Roddy, the version of Magnus he'd befriended dies and is replaced by Minimus, who is very much put off by this lil guy constantly trying to chat with him so he puts some distance between them. Rodimus sure is blindsided by the sudden shift but doesn't waste too much time being sad about it since, you know, The war is still going on. They reconnect on the Lost Light as shown in the comics. At one point this whole thing comes up and Minimus has to explain to Rodimus that the mech he befriended all that time ago isn't him and is very much dead.

Ratchet got a coworkers to friends thing going on with Magnus, and an enemies to forced coworkers who mutually ignore eachother for their mental health to a barely tollerated mentor/mentee dynamic (when Ratchet eventually decides to teach Megs the ways of the healer). This all eventually culminates in a tentative "we're friends but we will never acknowledge that" relationship.

Drift and Megatron were not friends per se during the war but you inevitably do end up forming a bond with the guy who picked you out from a crowd, gave you a new name and purpouse and groomed you into becomeing his own personal attack dog. When they meet again on the Lost Light Megatron tries his best to make up for the past and even tho he thought his and Drift relationship unsalvageble Drift does end up allowing him a second chance (after a loooong consideration, he is reluctant but he does want to move on, and since Megatron is now an important part of Rodimus' life he figured it would be better to keep Megatron close where he can keep an eye on him)

Ultra Magnus' relationship with Megatron borderlines on romantic tbh but they were both more comfortable calling eachother amicas then anything else (think queer platonic relationship where you kiss your homie goodnight and you write eachother poems)
