"thank you." he nods and looks at her for a moment. he opens his mouth to go and say something, but stops, not knowing exactly what to say. "see you around." he says before walking away.

Before she left, Feyre turned to him, noticing him close to saying something but regretting it. " You know Tam, I don't wish you any bad, nor do I feel like you deserve the worst of the world... just be careful, if that means anything." she gave him a sad smile before turning away.

Violet stares at the message from Gossip Girl on her phone and fury surges through her veins. The night of Resson fresh in her mind as if it happened yesterday. She closes her eyes and feels herself getting hot and before she can fully control it, a bolt of lightning strikes a nearby tree and she exhales, feeling slightly better. "What?" She asks and looks at the person who was staring at her. @ggstarterblog

Feyre could feel the power surge all around her as the lightning struck the tree next to them, since there was just two people all around and she was nowhere near this powerful, she looked at the other girl. " Feeling better, after that? I swear I would so it all the time...people are so lucky I can't shoot lightning from my eyes." she chuckled.

Dain had no idea where he was, all he knew was that this place was extremely different from Basgiath or any other place he had been to. Leaning against a wall, he had his arms crossed as he tried to possibly see someone he might know. "This would be a lot easier if I had Cath with me." He spoke to himself. @ggstarterblog

Feyre was walking around when she had to grab her phone from her purse, noticing someone looking so off place, just like she was a year ago, when she landed in the city. " You're lost, right?" Feyre asked.

Milo was in his apartment and smoking. He had just taken a hit when the door opened and he looked at the person who walked in. "You miss me or something?" He teased. @ggstarterblog

Feyre entered the door and it was completely taken back, she mistaken the number, clearly. " I'm so sorry, I was delivering something to someone, and I think I got the door number wrong." She said, apologetically.

"Sometimes it does." Jackie said and looked at her. "Though if you ask me, getting out of the city and going upstate to see the snow is a lot better than staying in Manhattan."

"I've heard about it and being new to town makes me double curious, since Rhys is back and most of the family, we might try it this year." Feyre said excited. "Do you go upstate a lot?"

"I would too, though if ImI'm being honest, there's nothing I love more than the smell of rain."

" I love it too, it's really calming. And I heard the city gets a lot of snow as well, so, I'm excited about that."

feyre: I wouldn't be 100 sure...

"i know, and i'll still do what i can to avoid all of you." he promised her. "have a nice life, feyre." the last thing he wanted was to deal with rhysand, or anyone that the other high lord might send in his wake. "seriously, i hope you get everything you want out of life while you're here."

"you know, you too. I hope you find whatever you're looking for and hopefully Lucien can find his way here too." She said, Feyre, unlike everyone on her side, was past the point of bitterness with Tamlin, she just wanted to be happy with her family, the city was much too dangerous in itself, she didn't need to add Tamlin to that list.

"you're right, i stand corrected, you're one of the last people i want to see, not the last." he took another step away from her, making sure that if rhys or one of his cronies saw them, they'd know that tamlin was giving feyre a wide berth. "well i've been doing a great job at staying away from all of you. until now."

" The city is small, it might look bigger but it's not and it's not divided as back home, you're bound to bump into someone from that place." Feyre said, already turning away, not really waiting on Rhys to show himself.

Nesta rolled her eyes at the mention of the blond male. "I hope you hit him." She said to her. "Not Rhys, Tamlin." She added. "I get it, I miss him too, I miss Elain more than anything though. If it makes you feel better, I barley see Cassian."

" I didn't...trust me my anger and Rhys's combined would start a war, but even after the spilled coffee, I didn't hit him." she shook her head, taking a sip from the liquor brought to her by the barman. At the mention of her sister, Feyre smiled sadly. " I really hope she's okay, wherever she is right now. It doesn't... I haven't seen Cass in a while either, nor Az... So maybe the three are all in cahoots."
