The rest of the cast and me watching from my couch:

Casca and Guts have a long conversation about what happened during and after the eclipse; the two finally have someone who can understand their trauma and what exactly they went through. They have a legit conversation about the horrible shit they lived through and how it affected them. Casca and Guts have suffered a lot in the last 5-ish years; LET THEM TALK ABOUT IT.

Casca confronts Guts about him abandoning her for two years for his murder quest and his later attempt to rape her when they reunited. They talk about it like adults without any of that contrived miscommunication bullshit that some authors like to force in for the sake of drama.

They talk about what do they do now they they’re back together and not currently being hunted by demons.

They’re condemned to Hell if they don’t find a way to destroy the God Hand. His and Casca’s souls are bound to the Vortex of Souls, just like everyone else who has been sacrificed or become an apostle. Presumably, their souls will be sucked into the Vortex when they die. But, because they also have the potential to deny causality, they may be able to even avoid being doomed to an eternity of torment in the Vortex of Souls.

Maybe they try to figure out how to free all the other damned souls trapped in the Vortex.

Try to find a way to separate Griffith from their son, because if they kill Griffith they’ll likely kill the boy.

Possibly have a happy future together.

Also Casca gets haircut (or at least puts her hair in a ponytail), a new set of armor, and badass new sword.
