For Co-Creation #3 we went through our ideas and had our clients vote. Luckily, most of our ideas were very important to our clients, such as:

• Branding marketing and incentives to donate (and get involved)

• Promotional Videos 

• Annual Check-ups on Past Students

For Co-Creation 3, we are presenting our clients with some of our information synthesis and our ideas to present to them.  • I began by first mapping out the painpoints of the service, mapping and gaging them between major and minor threats/weaknesses.

• From there I took these ideas and brainstormed some ideas to present to them, and these were affinitized into two categories, Optimizational and Transformative ideas.

• These ideas were then observed alongside the pain points in order to create a four action frame work, which focuses on creating a new value curve through reduction, elimination, raising, and creating different aspects of GRSP.

In Co-Creation 2, I was responsible for recording insights along our service blue print. Some insights and ideas I recorded were:

Brennen and I were placed in charge of the first co-creation session. We planned 3 activities for the group, however we did not get to the last one, which was a SWOT test. However, we were able to map a stakeholders map as well as a service blue print, even with half of the GRSP representatives streaming from webcam. I believe that this may perhaps be a reason for why things didn't go as smoothly as we had planned - the webcam and audio continuously slowed down our process and allowed for miscommunication or even almost a lack of communication because it was easy for people to cut each other off when they're not speaking face-to-face. We did have a few show up, however, and we got to meet both GRSP employees, a trustee, and two international students currently enrolled in the program:

And Brennan and I made cookies from the GRSP cook book for intermission - they all enjoyed that very much and I believe showing interest in the things they gave to us helped us secure a good relationship with the representatives.
