Summary:

Our Fair City is set in the dystopian future of Hartford, Connecticut. Outside is a frozen wasteland and inside is a largely subterranean city governed by HartLife. Once an insurance company, HartLife is now “all the life you’ll ever need.”

Nothing in this world gets me to relax as well as that fucking episode. It's like it is relaxing out of spite. The purposefully bad breathing exercises help me get out of panic attacks (breath in through your right nostril and out with your left) because it is so ridiculous and silly. I get a commentary in my head (or out loud) going with the narrator when he is trying to shame David Ward/the listener going: well you clearly aren't paying attention cause I am doing this right. I'm ignoring the bone sand I'm enjoying the view. I am ignoring the teeth monkey. I'm breathing in impossible ways.

And there is a spot where you are just supposed to start laughing as "part of the relaxation" and while I can very get myself to laugh at first when the narrator does his like half fake laugh I break down laughing so hard now.
