the worst part of summer is that people get sooo comfortable expressing their disgust at having to see other people’s bodies. they’re always complaining about wrinkly old men at the nude hot springs or fat women in bikinis at the beach. I hate that shit. if you’re not capable of being normal about bodies you personally don’t find attractive, just turn your head to look at something else! and if you’re not smart enough to do that, then at least do the rest of us the courtesy of suffering in silence, because we don’t wanna hear your weird comments. thanks.

i know you may feel it's a compliment, but i don't wanna be anyone's "transition goals". for one, there is no end point to a transition, it's a forward journey. my girlfriend will be on estrogen for the rest of her life, and that's awesome. for two, my body is mine and your body is yours. putting my cis body on a pedestal to compare negatively to yourself isn't healthy. your goal should be to find yourself in your transition, don't look for others. i do encourage you to look at my belly and see yours and smile, to look at my boobs and eat that extra pastry. but i'm not to be put on a Goal Pedestal. i'm just a happy fat woman hoping to encourage more happy fat women.

This country is a farce and this "trial" is a travesty. They pinned it on a random guy and are slow-walking it as openly and and unapologetically incompetently as possible because they can.
