i think sleeping together is romantic because you allow the other person to be near you when youâre most vulnerable and you trust that they wont kill you
How do Muslims know how to kiss and have sex if you never have experience? And if porn is forbidden?
Muslims donât have sex or kissâŚ.thatâs disgusting behaviourâŚ.. In our religion the man stares at his wifeâs ankle for as long as he can and then she immediately falls pregnant. Itâs science look it up
what is this from??? is there more? i need more.Â

All it does is show me you have a superiority complex and deep rooted classist tendencies. Iâve been a waitress, a barista and a sales associate, so your talking down to others just tells me at one point you wouldâve talked down to me. This guy in the queue tried to buy me a coffee today, after ripping into the guy behind the counter about his skills and his job. Donât care what people do for a living, if you donât treat âem like (very important) people when you deal with them, we canât be friends.
âA person who is nice to you but cruel to the waiter isnât a nice person.â
I donât understand how people donât get this
It is terrifying. It means if you donât adhere to their demands or if you make on little mistake, they can turn on you. I donât deal with people who are nasty to others.
F-cking *this*.

(It is a busy Saturday night. During the dinner rush, I have been dealing with a table of two 20-something year old men. The blonde one has found something to complain about every time Iâve walked by while the brown-haired one just blushes and stays quiet. Theyâve finished their meal.)
Blonde Man:Â âAre you new here?â
Me:Â âNo, sir. Iâve been a waitress here for two years and three years at [other restaurant] prior.â
Blonde Man:Â âThen you have no excuse for how terrible this service was. The salad was wilty, and the entree was way too cold, and you were nowhere to be found. Plus, this place is far too noisy; I could barely hear myself speak! Honestly, I get better service at a fast food place.â
Me:Â âIâm sorry you feel that way. While there isnât much I can do about the noise, I did offer to bring you different food before, but you said no.â
Blonde Man:Â *waves me off*Â âJust bring me the check, and try not to be so slow about it for once.â
(I go and get the check, but when I return, the brown-haired man stands up and hands me a $20 bill.)
Brown-haired Man:Â âHere, this is your tip. He wasnât going to give you one. As a former waiter myself, I thought you were doing a perfectly fine job. My food was great, and the service was fast even though youâre so busy right now.â
(He turns to his blonde companion.)
Brown-haired Man: âPeople like you made my job so much worse, especially for making us work that much harder for no tip. So thanks for the meal, but you can go ahead and delete my number because there will be no second date. And by the way, potjevleesch is supposed to be served cold, you idiot.â
(With that, he left the restaurant without his date. It made the whole night worth it, to see that blonde man speechless for once.)

A note found in a Syrian boyâs diary: âWhen the war is over in my country, we will close Syriaâs doors and we will put a banner that says: (No Entry). We will shed tears of joy alone, just like how we suffered our grief alone.â

1. your middle school best friend, the one you share all your laughs with and canât imagine not being friends with, will only be a familiar face that youâll share a smile with across the room during high school graduation 2. popularity doesnât matter. at all. be nice to everyone, donât be stuck up in who you talk to, stay down to earth. high school isnât just about climbing to the top and building contacts. one day youâre going to look back and wonder who your true friends were and what motives others had in gaining your friendship. take the time to get to know those who you normally wouldnât, and youâll be very surprised 3. the loneliness you feel right now is not permanent. there will be a moment, maybe months or years from now, where you will feel this overwhelming warmness, and you will look around at the people surrounding you and think, hey maybe all that sadness and loneliness was worth getting to this point. and you will smile and everything will be ok 4. donât get sucked into the âIâm too cool to studyâ phase. stop glorifying netflix, going to sleep late, and barely getting your work done. find your motivation and donât let anyone hold you back. there will be kids at school who will love to brag âI didnât study for this testâ and âoh dude I stayed up till 1am last night.â I promise that doesnât make them cool or bad ass. in fact, most people who claim they havenât cracked a book open, have actually studied more than you think. hold your own, be productive. you donât want to look back on a test, a quarter, a semester, a year and think âdamn, I wish I had done more.â give it your all and you will reap the benefits 5. donât lose your spontaneity - donât get sucked into the same rigid routine. regularity is great but you canât lose your spark. it will crush you, years down the line, when you realize youâve forgotten what itâs like to do something without overly planning it, without worrying about homework, without a million other items on your to-do list creeping into the back of your mind 6. when youâre having a shitty night, just go to sleep. seriously turn your phone off, close the computer, and get into bed. I promise that is the only solution. 7. when someone invites you to plans, always say yes. even if youâre exhausted, curled up watching a movie in pajamas. even if you feel like you want some alone time, or if you donât feel 100 percent comfortable in the social situation (not in a dangerous way but a meeting new people way) - say yes. you wonât regret the experiences. 8. make yourself painfully aware of the compartmentalized characteristics and cookie-cutter personas you put on and that others put on. be conscious of the characters the media has ingrained in our society, and remind yourself that being the âcool girlâ doesnât mean drinking beer and eating burgers and letting guys step all over you so you can seem chill. reading and writing doesnât make you ânerdyâ just like playing sports doesnât make you cool. these are associations we have been taught by movie scripts and novels. you donât have to be one thing or the other - you can wake up early one morning, make yourself a smoothie, and be that âyogaâ girl. then the next day you can stay out all night and live recklessly. you donât have to feel like you need to fit into a persona 9. not everyone will like you, and thatâs okay. stop trying to please everyone - itâs impossible. radiate confidence - even if itâs fake confidence, eventually it will become real. once you can do this, you will be untouchable 10. itâs not weird to go places alone - you donât always need to find a friend to enjoy yourself. go for a walk, a bike ride. read at a coffee shop, take yourself out to lunch, drive somewhere interesting. donât spend your whole day in a big ole box - you are alive, you are full of life and energy and so much potential. use it, move around, feel restless and donât settle for staying idle
advice for high schoolers (s-un-rise)
i love this so much!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
