When words fail you, paint them!

Your greatest achievement comes from the time when you say, and believe; ‘I am love. I am enough.’

How can you ever heal, when you continuously pick at your scars!

It hurts so bad when life kicks you down. Never give in to the demons - your worth is greater than you know and your strength in standing up time after time will lead you to great beginnings.

And I want to believe that I’m not mad. That being sad is only for sad people. I’m not like them? I’m worse. Crying here in my lonely world praying that the sun consumes my tears before nightfall - before what’s ugly in me keeps me awake, on edge, gasping the bitter darkness in this world which chokes me.

True friends don't judge you. They are there to support you, no matter your shit!

Breathe. If your'e doing that, then you are still alive and have to face another day. Only you alone holds your breath and when you breathe out it will be of relief or that of dire. Breathe as you will... but always remember; it's your breath and don't let anyone take that from you.

If I wrote a story about myself, would people care to read it? If I wrote a story about you, would people care to read about it? Would strangers care about the way you ripped my heart to shreds? Would strangers care to hear your voice and how you chose Her over me? Would they read about it and cry or would they read it and say I was a fool to fall in love with you in the first place ? But I LOVE you. Will they, the ones who read it, ease my pain? Or will they tell me to move on? I thought He was my being to living. Now that he's gone... I am left with the voices in my head.

I want you to know that even if everything seems against you right now, hang on for tomorrow! Your day will come when you see your now as a pebbles which have led you to the road to better. Follow your dreams, follow your heart. Be true to you. It's all that matters in the end. Because you were born to matter. Remember that, always!

Abusive people don't change... Don't give them a second chance! There is no come back from someone who claims to love you - but  treats you unkindly. Respect yourself, be strong, and move on. Let go of that which is killing your born spirit. You deserve to be happy. One life - remember to make the most of it.

When you have given your all and they have taken your everything... Remember your worth, your greatness of being; and as long as they haven't sucked the last breath from you... there is always time for change - to be happy, to be free, to live and love life. Don't give in... you are always a winner. You were born to live, you weren't born to suffer!

What do we learn about losing someone we love? We learn that love must never be taken granted of. Love always, because you never know what tomorrow brings.

When the days are dark and the nights are darker, hold on tight to the belief that your time to shine is on its way. Living through the dark side of life  is a major accomplishment - Now hold the light in your own hands and shine your way to a happy-ever-after. And believe in you always for the strength you bestow: your torch to live life - the life you  so much want and deserve.
