Current obsession: yeah also the Crossbell Arc. Though, I know I'm going to have danganronpa episode when 2x2 comes out and also I know Persona 4's coming back in a big way next year....

Currently reading: Our Missing Hearts by Celeste Ng, also finally finishing a fic I picked up, like, 3 years ago, A Book of Most Curious Letters by Lumailia (a fire emblem awakening fic, chrobin, enemies to lovers. which I don't normally go for but it's really good!)

Currently working on: My unit plan assignment for one of my classes, while the Pokémon AU is what's at the front of my long fic crop rotation (chapter 3 Zero so we finally get to see KeA and writing from the perspective of Randy's stupid fucking cat is so fun.............)

Last google search: "what is 7 am pt in nzst" The answer is 2 am and I have an eight am class tomorrow. Will I make bad decisions? Jury's out!

Current Obsession: Dark Deity 2! I burned myself out on Trails again, so I am playing DD2 while I focus on IRL stuff and Cosmere fanfic. For those not in the know, DD2 is a turn-based strategy RPG inspired by Gameboy Advance era Fire Emblem. Very fun!

Currently Reading: The Bright and Breaking Sea by Chloe Neill. It's heterosexual pirates in a magical Britain AU. Not my usual cup of steeped leaf water but really enjoyable nonetheless.

Currently Working On: Prepping to move out, writing fanfic, and remembering to hang out in person with friends

Natalia is based on ww1 nurses in design

Ofc Natalia’s design is detailed and looks cool and fun and isn’t an exact 1 to 1 but you see where the idea comes from.

When I was looking up pics of those nurses for ref and inspo for Natalia’s design, there were quite a few pictures depicting wounded soldiers and nurses falling in love. I’m sure that also probably happened too.

The closest character who is rped on these blogs to a solider that the Natalia blog interacts with is Childe. Reckless bastard ends up in her medical care every other day.

Idk I think it’s kinda funny that it’s a half truth of what likely happened to real nurses and soldiers. Except Natalia and Childe are snickering to eachother about shenanigans. I don’t know how else to phrase it but you get the idea.

I love them both too they’re so funny and I’m certain Childe lets Natalia insult him like that because it is a verbal fight and he does enjoy a fight.

Basically what happened is Pulcinella wanted to marry Childe up the ranks and thought Natalia was high ranked enough to marry him off to. Natalia is a lesbian, she likes women in STEM, but she doesn’t like Pulcinella either and agreed to this. But the trickery is she dressed up Webby as her and had Webby be on the altar while she signed the paperwork

I really need a Phaidei fic where Phainon jokingly declares his intention to court Mydei in what just happens to be the most crowded public square in Okhema that day. (It's not really a joke, but if he pretends it is, Mydei might not kill him, right?)

Only for Mydei to seemingly take what was said seriously (as he does) and agree that fine, since the declaration was delivered formally, with due courage and in accordance with the expected customs, he'll give Phainon's proposal the fair consideration it is due: If Phainon can prove himself a worthy pursuer who meets the exceedingly high expectations for Kremnoan royal partners, then Mydei will accept his suit.

(Honestly, this was supposed to be jesting as well--if Phainon's foolish enough to cause a public spectacle just to tease Mydei, might as well let him eat his words instead. Now Savior Boy won't be able to walk his teasing back, and he'll end up embarrassing himself in front of half of Okhema, doubling down on his joke "courtship." After all, there's no way Phainon is actually serious, right, or--or that he'd ever succeed. That upstart doesn't know the first thing about Kremnoan customs, let alone romance. ...And what if he does succeed? Well... hm... that will be a problem for the future's Mydei. Oh no, he's meeting all my standards.)

tl;dr: Mydei thinks he's been challenged to gay chicken and he's not about to lose. Phainon spends the entire fic in a euphoric haze because he can't believe his thinly-veiled-as-a-jest confession scored him actual dates?! Shakespearean level miscommunications, bath hijinks, a planet's worth of second-hand embarrassment, and probably a wedding ensue.

It makes me feel extremely guilty

Seeing pictures of injuries or hospitals etc are triggering for me (which are in most intro posts for this sort of thing)

They are always worded in a way that makes me feel like I am a murderer if I don't donate

It makes me feel uncomfortable

I said I don't want them, and my boundaries should be respected

I can't tell what is a bot and what isn't

I get a lot of spam from this. It is disappointing to see 10 new asks in my inbox just to be the same ask for donations over and over

Please, just respect the fact that I have said this.
