If I had just gotten consistent physicals as someone with severe body dysmorphia I probably could have gotten the help I need for my conditions sooner. This goes for fat people for trans people for people with eating disorders etc. Your body is a vessel to contain you and if you feel like continuing to use it to exist for a while you need to make sure to take care of it. I don't care if it sucks I don't want you dead. The world is better with you in it please don't let the establishment convince you your marginalised body is not worth preserving and caring for

Being uncomfortable around people who benefit from oppressive systems is reasonable AND safety-conscious. Our animal brains are structured to avoid harm, fear, discomfort, and danger. But the danger is in the system of oppression itself, not necessarily from the individuals who benefit from it passively. Privileged individuals can and do exploit their positions in oppressive systems, it's how they're designed to function. But by stating openly you do not want cis men to interact with you, not only do you determine 'cis man' to be a definitive and permanent identity (it isn't), you are telling other people "I believe people born with certain genitals or raised to be a certain gender will inevitably be a threat to me, and if you want to be a courteous and decent human being who respects my boundaries you have to passively disclose your position as a vulnerable minority". And that's probably not what most people putting 'cis men dni' in their bio are trying to say. So just. Don't put it in your bio.
