Brendon began the tour with black shapes on his eyes that some people thought looked like a demonic clown, but I thought looked like an adorable meerkat. Exhibit A from the first night of tour on November 7th:
Basically, he wore the meerkat look from November 7th – 13th. Here are November 8th, 10th, 11th, and 13th (in order):
Then on November 14th (the second night at Madison Square Garden), Brendon added a puppet aspect:
Kerrang was backstage and actually described the moment when Brendon tried it for the first time:
“Urie is putting on his stage make-up in preparation for the evening’s show. He’s decided that he’ll go a bit crazier than usual and sets about drawing big, red circles on his cheeks to match the black patches masking his eyelids. Walker strolls in and stops cold. ‘Oh wow,’ he shouts. ‘That’s awesome!’ Ross and Smith rush in to see what the fuss is about. The four of them crowd in front of the mirror laughing and shrieking...”

So that Demonic Puppet look was kind of like a bridge between his two main looks.
November 16th & 17th were still heavy on the black eyeshadow, so they're included in this in-between phase:
