Your boldness stands alone among the wreck

-Cousin, age 42, admitted to hospice after 2 year liver/pancreatic cancer battle. He’s probably not going to last the next 48 hours. He’ll be leaving behind a wife and 2 daughters no older than 10.

-Grandpa died three weeks ago. Celebration of life tomorrow, guests coming in. Lots of stress hosting/making sure everything is all squared away.

-Grandpa’s housekeeper/personal assistant has been causing drama. She may have been taking advantage of his generous nature if not outright stealing from him for the last few months of his life. We found out and have been dealing with all of that this last week.

-Mom dislocated her knee about an hour and a half ago.

-My dad, his Parkinson’s, and dealing with all of this as the only child of my late grandpa.

Please also pray for the farmer and the field. Ask God to send the right amount of rain, sunshine, and favorable growing conditions so that the corn can recover as much as possible and that any loss would be minimal. Pray for protection over the crop throughout the season and for peace of mind for everyone affected.

Most of all, pray that God would use this situation to teach me humility, wisdom, and a deeper dependence on Him.

My husband got COVID a year ago now and has since become increasingly sick. Our doctor couldn't figure out what it was, just that it was a form of arthritis and something to see a rheumatologist about, which we couldn't afford. He's got pain in all of his joints and muscles, he has nightmares every night and is constantly exhausted, and he throws up at least twice a week for no discernable reason. He's only 21 years old, he shouldn't be this sick after being at the peak of his health just a year ago. I ask that you and anyone reading this could please pray for his health and for relief from his pain and exhaustion. Thank you for reading this and for considering my request.
