Well it was so bittersweet, I loved it! And honestly I didn’t expect Bionis and Alrest to be separated again, so it was even more moving to me. Not sure how I feel about the fact everything seems to have turned back to the moment before the worlds collided... Still, Noah hearing Mio’s offseer song is likely to suggest that everything actually happened and everyone kept some of their memories of Aionios. So, maybe a Xenoblade Chronicles 4 will clear that up?

Also, about that photo Nia’s looking at, wtf are these babies? Rex became polygamous in the end?? He really meant that when he replied to Nia’s confession saying he loved all of his friend lmao (and I guess Mio is Nia’s daughter? Especially considering what Nia is about to say in a quest later?) Still I’ve wished Melia had a similar picture instead of looking at Monado, but it was also a nice nod to her feelings about Shulk. By the way I’m so glad about the way they put her back, she really got a regal, charismatic and commanding presence, I love her so much.

About the story, I’m not sure I’ve fully understood everything. Like, how come the original Noah and Mio were from the City and even got a child, but ended up recycled each time? Why did they ended up in the flame clock cycles? And I guess their were both split in two personas because they both got extremely strong feelings of regret (the Moebius, N and M) and strong feelings of hope (the characters we play, Noah and Mio), but I feel I’m wrong haha. Or is it simply a part of Z’s game?
