I imagine baby Silver and Malleus are lowkey haunting Sebeks dreams in hopes that he'll free them from their eternal rest. Of course Sebek just thinks these are nightmares and with Lilia's avoidant style of "parenting", it will take some time before Sebek can try to save Silver and Malleus. (Plus Lilia doesn't wanna talk about dragons anytime soon...)
