Had a dream that there was a new Pokemon that was ghost type and it was like. Half a greyhound. It was a spectral dog that was known as one of the fastest Pokemon. And yet it only had it front legs. There were wispy floating stubs on its back half which sort of implied there COULD be legs, but they never reached even close to the ground. It stood on its front legs as if the back legs were still there.
I donât know what this Pokemonâs name was but its appeared in many of my dreams so either they made it real and I forgot or Iâm being haunted by a Fakemon.
I have been informed it is not a real Pokemon so Iâll share another detail I recall seeing about it more than once.
One of its main features about it is that it could run stupidly fast, like, a solid 100 MPH (at least thats my best guess from a dream) but more impressively or eerily is that it could go from 100 to 0 almost immediately, stopping in a stance where it stood up straight and at attention
I think I love this weird dream dog
I assume this is for artists so sure thing
I imagine that this dog is very tall and sleek (like a good five feet tall), with a sickly pale (with just a hint of light blue hue). Its eyes are a pure empty (yet still piercing somehow) white. Along its front half across the back and its legs are pale green sets of stripes, almost like racing stripes.
As for how the ghostly âback legsâ worked, they looked sort of like this
with his physical form slowly transitioning into an pale blue ectoplasm, and there were amorphous hints of what could have possibly once been legs. Despite completely missing his back half, the posture seen here is still its regular posture, standing straight up, as if a soldier at attention.
Hope this helps!
Hehe i really like this concept

If the woman that JK rowling posted an upskirt photo of had been a cis woman snopes wouldn't have said this was "mixed" and you know it.
Not that it was necessary, but I looked up definitions, and yeah, obviously "taking a photo under someone's skirt" is literally it. Fuck Snopes so fucking hard. I need them to explain to me how it doesn't fit the definition to a fucking t:
And what the FUCK do they mean, "public setting"?? Yeah, upskirts are mistly taken in public fucking settings! That's not an eycuse, that's part of the fucking issue
And truly what do they mean it was in public? Does that mean that the upskirt photos people take on subways dont count because other people are around? OF COURSE IT WAS IN PUBLIC THATS HOW THE PHOTO GOT TAKEN IF SHE HAD BEEN PHOTOGRAPHED AT HOME IT WOULD HAVE BEEN BREAKING AND ENTERING
what do they mean "it wasn't taken surreptitiously"? there isn't any implication here except that because Freda Wallace was in public, she consented to any pictures that might be taken of her? this is just "look at the way she* was dressed". snopes is doing rape culture.
Love seeing something from TikTok and going âgirlie that is literally what led to the downfall of the Papal Statesâ
Jewish baby named Edgardo Mortara is seemingly about to die in Bologna, 1851
Catholic nanny secretly baptises him to save his soul, which sheâs not exactly the kind of authority who can do that, but w/e, itâs interpreted by the church as valid later
Kid survives
1857 her secret gets out, a baptising makes a kid a Catholic according to the Church and a Catholic canât be raised in a non-Catholic household in the Papal States, so the church authorises the police to kidnap Edgardo from his family
Raised personally by Pope Pius IX, Jewish family not allowed to take him back due to Church doctrine, this action destroys the family with grief and despair
This case gets international infamy with the Pope not understanding why everyoneâs shiting on him for doing this, including allies
Emperor Napoleon III shifts from opposing Italian unification to supporting it as a direct consequence
Bologna falls the next year, 1859
Kingdom of Italy forms 1861
By 1870 Rome is lost to the Italians and the Papal States are no more
(Edgardo Mortara goes on to become Father Mortara)
(He dies in Belgium in 1940 three months before the Nazis occupied the nation, which if heâd have lived he wouldâve been persecuted as a Jew)
Wikipedia confirms
Fun fact: the Catholic Church did not stop doing this after Edgaro Mortara. During WW2, many Jewish children were put in convents or catholic-run orphanages for their own safety. Sounds nice right? Except after the war ended, when parents or surviving relative went back to claim their children, the church went, âuhhh, actually theyâre catholic now, no take backs!â
The most infamous of these cases was the Finaly affair. Two Jewish children in France, Robert and Gerald Finaly, were placed in a Catholic nursery in 1944 in anticipation of their parents being deported to Auschwitz, where they were both murdered. Their aunt, Marguerite Fischel, survived the war and went to find the boys so she could take them to live with her. However, the nun who had custody of the boys, Antoinette Brun, adamantly refused to give them up, reportedly saying that âThe Jews are not gratefulâ
What followed was a years long custody battle where despite being repeatedly ordered by courts all over Europe to return the boys, Brun took them to many different countries and hid them, with the support and help of other nuns and priests. It was suspected at the time, and later confirmed by documents released in 2020, that Pope Pius XII had supported the effort to keep the boys away from their surviving family and have them be raised Catholic.
Thankfully, after negotiations between a sympathetic cardinal in France and the chief Rabbi of Paris, the boys were finally recovered and reunited with their aunt.
Documents reveal the private discussions behind both Pope Pius XIIâs silence about the Nazi deportation of Romeâs Jews in 1943 and the Vatic
I wish I could say that the phenomenon of the Catholic Church kidnapping children and keeping them away from their families for the purposes of forcefully raising them Catholic is unique to Jews, but itâs not. From the mid nineteenth century to the mid twentieth century, the Church ran hundreds of residential schools in the US and Canada where indigenous children were kidnapped from their homes and forced into these cruel and inhumane âschoolsâ. The children were forbidden from speaking their own languages or practicing their own cultures and religions, their hair was cut, and they were subject to emotional, verbal, spiritual, physical, and sexual abuse. Many of the children died due to malnutrition or medical neglect, their bodies buried like dogs beside the schools. The Catholic Church was not the only Church to participate in this, but theyâve been the most reluctant to fully acknowledge and apologize for it. It was only in 2022 that Pope Francis apologized on behalf of the Catholic Church for their part, but some people found the apology inadequate.
Idk what my point is here, just that thereâs such a clean link between evangelizing, cultural/religious imperialism, and how damaging and horrifying a religion can be when it is thoroughly convinced of its own superiority. And that unless an institution is forced to change, it probably wonât change on its own.

more on writing muslim characters from a hijabi muslim girl
- hijabis get really excited over pretty scarves - they also like to collect pins and brooches - we get asked a lot of questions and it can be annoying or it can be amusing, just depends on our mood and personality and how the question is phrased - common questions include: - ânot even water?â (referring to fasting) - hijabis hear a lot of âdo you sleep in that?â (we donât) and âwhere is your hair?â (in a bun or a braid, usually) - âis it mooze-slim or mozzlem?â (the answer is neither, itâs muslim, with a soft s and accent on the first syllable) - âee-slam or iz-lamb?â (itâs iss-laam, accent on the second syllable) - âhee-job?â (heh-jahb, accent on the second syllable)
- âkor-an?â (no. quran. say it like koor-annn, accent on the second syllable) - people tend to mess up our names really badly and you just get a sigh and a resigned nod or an awkward smile, maybe a nickname instead - long hair is easy to hide, short hair is harder to wrap up - hijab isnât just covering hair, itâs also showing as little skin as possible with the exception of face, hands, and feet, and not wearing tight/sheer clothing - that applies to men too, people just donât like to mention it ( i wonder why) - henna/mehendi isnât just for special occasions, youâll see people wearing it for fun - henna/mehendi isnât just for muslims, either, itâs not a religious thing - henna/mehendi is not just for women, men also wear it, especially on their weddings - there are big mehendi parties in the couple of nights before eid where people (usually just women and kids) gather and do each otherâs mehendi, usually just hands and feet - five daily prayers - most muslim kids can stutter through a couple verses of quran in the original arabic text by the age of seven or eight, it does not matter where they live or where theyâre from or what language they speak natively - muslim families tend to have multiple copies of the quran - there are no âversionsâ of the quran, there has only ever been one. all muslims follow the exact same book - muslims have no concept of taking Godâs name in vain, we call on God at every little inconvenience - donât use islamic phrases if you donât know what they mean or how to use them. we use them often, inside and outside of religious settings. in islam, it is encouraged to mention God often and we say these things very casually, but we take them very seriously - Allahu Akbar means âGod is Greatestâ (often said when something shocks or surprises us, or if weâre scared or daunted, or when something amazing happens, whether it be good or bad; itâs like saying âoh my godâ) - Subhan Allah means âGlory be to Godâ (i say subhan Allah at the sky, at babies, at trees, whatever strikes me as pleasant, especially if itâs in nature) - Bismillah means âin the name of Godâ and itâs just something you say before you start something like eating or doing your homework - In Shaa Allah means âif God willsâ (example: youâll be famous, in shaa Allah) (itâs a reminder that the future is in Godâs hands, so be humble and be hopeful)
- Astaghfirullah means âi seek forgiveness from Allahâ and itâs like âgod forgive meâ - Alhamdulillah means âall thanks and praise belong to Godâ and itâs just a little bit more serious than saying âthank godâ (example: i passed my exams, alhamdulillah; i made it home okay, alhamdulillah) - when i say we use them casually, i really mean it - teacher forgot to assign homework? Alhamdulillah - our version of âamenâ is âameenâ - muslims greet each other with âassalamu alaikumâ which just means âpeace be on youâ and itâs like saying hi - the proper response is âwalaikum assalamâ which means âand on you be peaceâ and itâs like saying âyou tooâ
These are all so accurate.
I have a few extra peices of advice for writing a hijabi Muslim mostly one whoâs just started wearing a hijab(which I started. A few months ago.)
-before even wearing it wondering how people will react is like a panic
- worry if your friends will still be friends(alhamdoulilah my friends were all really nice), your classmates your teacher.
- worry on how family will react mostly non muslims(itâs been good for me but only as I havenât seen any of the islamaphobic members yet)
- then theirs finding long sleeved t-shirts(hard mostly in summer and many tshirt are quarter sleeves)
-the heat(your character will feel it more)
-friends and family telling your hair is showing and the panic to put it back in the hijab
-if your hijab slips off itâs both embarrassing and panicky as you want to put it back on
-if a hijabi wants to swim they wear a burkini but not all pools allow this (eg France)
- in the morning you spend a few minutes a day trying to put on hijab and you usually have to fix it at some point in the bathroom
-theirs the panic if a man comes in the house and you arenât told beforehand (I have a slip on hijab haut in case )
-also if you do sport like will you hijab stay if you move a lot and what if someone grabs it(sport hijab are useful and I knew a guy who grabbed a girls hijab when fighting her so itâs a valid worry)
So yeah here umm some extra advice or well perspective I donât know.
i miss when i thought daily about hornet silksong she really is the character of all time. girl who's autistic and passively suicidal and stupidly competitive and finds joy in helping people just to help them yet feels the need to justify everything she does in a really utilitarian way even when it doesn't make sense and constantly drowning in guilt for both what she has done and for being born in the first place and GAY.

"If the only reason you engage with Ralsei's character is because you theorize about which Light World object he is and you constantly replace his role as a Delta Warrior and as Susie and Kris' friend with Noelle, you are falling for Ralsei's mentality that he is not a real person and you shouldn't care about him, thus completely failing to understand his character," I say into the mic.
The crowd boos. I begin to walk off in shame, when a voice speaks up.
"She's right!"
I turn around.
It's Susie Deltarune.
