Most of my rants and posts are over the vn yan community. I will be very straight over this. So below stuff is about them alone, but can fit with other communities too.

Even though I am a fan and lover of these games/characters. I will be openly critical about them too.

Especially when any form of criticism over these games/characters/creators are apparently punishable in this community.

Yet harassment/stalking/doxxing/death-threats/etc of those who critique or share any personal negative feelings/opinions of the games/characters/etc. Are apparently acceptable and even praised by not just fans but creators(I would name them but you can find them on your own) alike.

This is disgusting and actual toxic problematic behavior.

I was quiet and trying to move on from the stuff I've went through, countless times over. But after my harassers/stalkers came after me AGAIN for just existing.

As well were caught stalking my friends and followers, and even others who shared similar opinions to me.

Even some were publicly crucified for just LIKING posts. To the point of accusing others of being me, driving them off and publicly harassing them too.

Just to find me again to harass me, stalk me and doxx my accounts, and others they alleged are me without actual proof. Just sick obsessiveness and actual mental issues that they need help on. Just to come after me again, in a attempt to drive me off completely not just from a community but online as a WHOLE.

I had enough of letting them have control over me as the abusers they are now. So I am back to posting about my opinions again, with more motivation now, and calling those fucked up people out too.

Also am back to drawing the characters I still love, and writing fics too about them.

Because NO ONE should be constantly harassed to the point of not just trying to kick them out of a fandom for their own personal takes, whether dumb or not. To try to stop them from making their own fan content for the series. To try to stop them from self shipping with characters they self ship with too or have some sick parasocial relationships with. To try to literally destroy their lives and try to push them to SUICIDE. With actual death threats sent their way over FICTION or in the name of defending some creator of those games/characters.

AND NO CREATOR SHOULD BE PROUD OF THIS KIND OF TREATMENT OF THEIR FANS OR NON-FANS IN THE COMMUNITY. OR EVEN BE IN SUPPORT OF IT ALL, ESPECIALLY IF THEY KNOW THE DANGERS OF PUBLIC HARASSMENT, STALKING, DOXXING, ETC.

YOU'RE ALL JUST HYPOCRITES AT THAT POINT AND SHOULD BE CALLED OUT AS SUCH. NO GOOD ART OR GAMES SHOULD BE EXCUSABLE FOR A CREATOR'S TERRIBLE ACTIONS AND SOME OF THEIR FANS ACTIONS TOO.

IF YOU PLAN TO CALL SOME PEOPLE OUT FOR THEIR PROBLEMATIC ACTIONS OVER THEIR REACTIONS/FEELINGS OVER A FICTIONAL GAME/CHARACTERS.

THEN I BETTER EXPECT TO SEE SAME IN RETURN FOR THOSE WHO ARE INVOLVED IN ACTUAL, NOT JUST PROBLEMATIC, BUT CRIMINAL ACTIONS TOWARDS OTHERS IN THE NAME OF DEFENDING/PROTECTING A FICTIONAL CHARACTER/GAME.

This community is fucked on so many levels, and a part of me still hopes it can improve and be better. But I know the likelihood of it happening is small to none. Especially since this all goes way beyond on having issues way before I became the next big fun public punching bag of the community.

I can only hope more people start speaking up and out about the actual issues going on here. Than remain quiet or feel forced to be quiet out of fear of being the next target.

They want our silence, that's that thrive on, our silence and hurting us. And just "ignore them and move on" doesn't work with these people.

They aren't just bullies, they are online abusers now. And online abusers rarely stop abusing someone just because they go quiet or leave.

They keep on abusing them even more once they are gone, because they can get away with saying anything now, even making up lies to excuse their public harassment and abuse more.

It's all about power, control and harm to these people now.

Why a few days? Why not automatically after identification check is complete?

Is it not a huge red flag to anyone they will hold on to that information even a minute more and longer than needed?

The identification check is done, the test is through. You no longer need that information held.

Unless you are purposely keeping it in case the person you allowed entry, is no longer allowed in the space. So they will be both booted out, and their information will be logged on a blacklisted to prevent future reentries...

And if the person isn't allowed entry, automatically delete that information then sent to you. You have more reason to not hold onto it anymore. Especially if the people are suspected minors.

If you're keeping that info longer than needed, just to log someone's information to keep them on a blacklist, that is going against your own rules and promises to people.

That's a doxxing or data leak waiting to happen. That will be a crime on your head, that "It was to protect the minors. / It was to prevent the minors from entering our space." excuses won't help you in court.

For you have stated in writing the information will be deleted after identification check is done, not privately kept to keep tabs on users/people you personally don't like or to prevent access to your space.

The idea of making a DLC of your game of just 18+/sexual content, and believing it'll separate it from the base game, thus will destroy this apparent "gooner game" label on it now.

Is just ridiculous and not going to work as you hope it will.

DLCs aka Downloadable Content, are often always seen as PART of the main game.

It's not often we see a DLC not considered part of the main game now. For its downloadable content for the main game itself. It's a extension of the base game content, its not its own separate thing, even if the DLC has its own special name from the base game.

And rarely we see anyone try to make DLCs in the hopes it'll separate it from the main game. For most people who buy the DLC will often see it as part of the main game.

If you truly want the 18+/sexual content version of the game to be separated from the base game. Then you would have no 18+/sexual content in the base game whatsoever, and no 18+/sexual DLC of the game accessible, viewable and downloadable on the main game page.

You would have it separated on its own listing and page, separate from the main(non-18+/sexual) version of the game.

Your game being labeled as "gooner game" is not bad. It's not a crime, it's not a sin, whatever you consider it to be. And it's not bad that most of your fans are "gooners" over your game and characters.

This was bound to happen anyway, since your game features sexual/18+ content, and obviously that is what most of your fans love. For they are constantly demanding more of it, and you keep feeding it to them, because you know they love it. And keep coming to your game for that content exclusively.

Your fans love the 18+/sexual content, they thrive from it, they show their love over it through 18+/sexual fanfics and fanarts. And are a huge part of your fan base that helped your game take off on its popularity and fame.

The "gooners" here are not the issue over your game. If it was truly the case, and that's how you truly felt, then you wouldn't have released that DLC of just new sexual/18+ content, that is a add-on and part of the base game.

You say you made it its separate thing to "protect the children" but let's be real. That is not truly the reasoning here, it's rarely ever the real reasoning for these things. Since if you truly believed that the 18+/sexual content was a huge issue here over your game. You would have not released a DLC of just extra new sexual content of the game. You would of both removed the sexual/18+ content from the already release base of the game, and stopped with releasing anymore new accessible 18+/sexual content.

It's okay to be honest over your real intentions here. Blaming the minors, is getting tiring now, and half of us ain't believing it anymore. Especially when its coming from people who support censorship and puritan beliefs, even if they are being loudly and clearly hypocritical over it all.

Your game can't be erased of its "gooner" label now. It's far too late for that.

The moment you added the first sexual content in the game, was the moment you marked your game to others as a "gooner game".

Also, taking part in making, writing, answering any and all sexual/18+ related stuff over your game and characters OUTSIDE of the game, also only made the "gooner" label more solid to others now. Even if you say the content outside of the game isn't canon, not everyone will see it that way.

18+/sexual content in your game or any game in fact. Shouldn't be seen as something bad, immoral even...

The demonization of sexual content in fictional media itself, is such a issue that many have talked about but often is not cared about. Since we live in a time where people are so deeply ingrained with these puritan and often evangelical beliefs that sexual content in general is seen and deemed as a sin, and shouldn't even exist.

And I haven't even gotten into the fact often, queer/trans people, identities and content is often bundled into this all. Seen as immoral and a sin too. For some religious people deem queerness itself, even if not sexual, as sexual. Which then they believe should be censored and erased, for its a "threat to children"...

It's always the "It's to protect the children" excuse with these censorship/puritan freaks. And often their excuse to enact their censorship rules and attacks, or just to have complete control over what people can/can't access online or in life.

As well to have access to their private sensitive information. Rarely it's actually about the children now, and rarely kids are to blame now over this all. (I could go on over this fyi...Please just look up the issues over censorship and better inform yourselves.)

I don't recall what fictional media it was but something I saw or read helped me realize and understood what happened to me years ago as a kid, wasn't normal or okay.
