After leaving behind my Laura Roslin doll at a hotel while visiting friends, I was devastated. Definitely called that hotel for a week straight—but they insisted she was nowhere to be found. So I started this project of making over a new one.

The shop LittleLuckyHands on Etsy provided the adorable base on the left, and then I went to Goodwill in search of fabric. I learned how to crochet doll hair and spent afternoons after school sewing.

I hate how the project came about, but this was so much fun to work on. I hope my original doll was just taken home by someone in housekeeping, and that she is being loved and appreciated by someone that needs her.
