âEywa has abandoned meâ
warnings: depressed Tsu'tey, wanting to die, bad grammar
As Tsu'tey falls through the air with his body bullet ridden, he hopes that he will die as soon as his body crashed into the ground. He could try to call for his ikran but his voice will be lost to whirl of the vrrtepâs flying metal birds.
Somewhere deep in his mind, he rejoices at the thought of death. Death has never been portrayed as bad thing by the Na'vi; only that it was one way to return to the Great Mother. But thatâs not what is mind is focused on, it more the fact that he is alone, now.
His beautiful Sylwanin had left to go into the Eywaâs embrace nearly six years ago, Neytiri, his once future mate, is now mated with Jakesully. There is nobody left for him, he thinks as his body crashed into rocks.
His body is paralyzed by pain as he lays, strewn across the jagged surface. He feels his eyes close and he accepts the fact that his dying right now. Suddenly, there is a warm hand rested on his cheek and bright light which shines through his eyelids.
His eyes open up to see his beautiful Sylwanin crouching beside him. Her lips curve into a knowing smile and he finds the strength in him to bring his hand to her cheek.
âMa'Sylwanin, I am ready to join you in the Great Motherâs embrace.âhe croaks out, the pain becoming unbearable, ready to be relieved of his loneliness. Yet it never comes, instead she laughs.
âTey, it isnât time for you to join in the afterlife. You still have a purpose here.â
Tsu'tey is shocked, to say the least. When you are put into the Great Motherâs embrace, you have no recollection of your passing. As Tsuâtey looks at Sylwanin, he notices that she older than she was when she was murdered. She as if she been alive for the six years. Tsu'tey mustâve blinked or something because she begins to fade; Tsu'tey desperately reaching out for her.
As she fades, the noise reaches his keen ears. The static voice of Jake Sully, demanding to know where Tsu'tey is. He doesnât have the strength to respond but he doesnât have to. Sooner or later, a group of his People surround him.
He recognize Mo'at addressing his wounds as Neytiri and Jake Sully crouch in front of him. Tsu'tey can recognize the pain in both of their eyes as they examine his wounded body.
âI see you, Jakesully.â Tsu'tey greets, hoping soothe his pain.
âI see you, Tsu'tey te Rongloa Ateyian." Jakesully greets back, looking at his friend with worry.
Tsu'tey has to ask before he leaves, âAre the people safe?â Jakesully responds with âTheyâre safe.â
Tsu'tey brings his hand towards Jakesullyâs blade, pulling it from the sheath and placing into Jakesullyâs hand.
âI canât lead the people,â Tsu'tey heaves out, also hoping to convince him, âyou must lead them.â
âI ainât office material and there is still hope for you, brother.â Jake responds, shaking his head in disagreement.
âIt has been decided. It is the way. And it is good. I will be remembered I fought with Toruk Macto, we were brothersâ and he was my last shadow.â
Tsu'tey prays to Eywa that Jakesully will give into his pleads but one thing he forgets is that Jakesully is a human. Just like any other human, Jakesully is stubbornâprobably the most stubborn of them all.
âI canât, Tsu'tey. You will be alive to lead our people, Mo'at can help, and so can Max.â Jakesully simply states as if it make perfect sense, and Tsu'tey knows Jakesully will not let him go.
Tsu'tey closes his eyes as Jakesully picks him up and carries him to his ikran. âWhy had Eywa abandoned me?â is all Tsu'tey can think before he passes out.
It has been weeks since the battle and Tsu'tey has been confined to mat in Mo'atâs medical hut, along with many other wound Omaticaya. He has never been more humiliated in his life. His wounded chest is covered in green salve, which is washed off and reapplied by Mo'at or one of the many healers.
Over his stay, he had three visitors. Jake had visited early in stay and continued to visit, though while he talked Tsu'tey turned on his side, facing the opposite wall of Jakesully.
Jakesully sighed and spoke, âListen, Tsu'tey, I know youâre angry at me but you got to know that I did because I knew you could survive.â
âIt was Eywaâs way. You just did because you are stubborn like all the other demons. You are the Olo'eyktan.â Tsu'tey growls. Jakesully laughs before he starts up again.
âI am stubborn but you are my brother and I wasnât going to lose another one. Did you know that? I lost my older brother before I came here, so I could stop you from dying, I was going too.â
Much to his dislike, Tsu'tey could understand his reasoning but said nothing. Jakesully shook his head and left.
Few days after that visit, Neytiri with fruit and twine.
âI have heard you havenât eaten, Tsu'tey."she states, pushing the utumauti toward him. He doesnât take causing her to sigh.
âIf you wonât eat, then weave with me. You have to keep your arms strong, so you can return your warrior position.â Neytiri suggests and Tsu'tey finds no fault in her logic. Together they begin to weave in silence until Eclipse comes.
Right before she leaves, Tsu'tey quietly speaks, âYou couldâve encouraged him, you know? You know how much I want to see her.â
Neytiri twitches in response and only sighs before pushing the hutâs flat and leaving.
The third and last visitor Tsu'tey is much more happier to see. Itâs his little âbabyâ brother, Arvok, who comes bearing gifts of Tsu'teyâs favorites home-cooked meals.
Arvok is the only visitor to gain Tsu'teyâs full attention as he pushes himself to sit up with the woven wall supporting his back. As Arvok places the bowls in front of him, Tsu'tey looks around for Tarsem, Arvokâs best friend who isnât far behind all the time.
âItâs only me Tey Tey,â Arvok laughed, ârumor has it that you arenât eating.â Tsu'tey scolds at him but he stops. Arvok is only Na'vi who is allowed to call him Tey Tey.
Arvok shoves Tsu'teyâs favorite in his arms before munching down on his own favorite. âAs brothers, we are complete opposites.â Tsu'tey thinks. Arvok is more childish, still a young warrior in training, who wears his emotions. It is a hard task to anger Arvok.
Tsu'tey is more grown up, a esteemed warrior and he never puts his emotions out for display. It wasnât hard to find an angered Tsu'tey. As they eat, they talk about meaningless things, and tease each other. Before Tsu'tey knows it, they have eaten all the dishes.
Arvok has stopped talking, his eyes are settled on his hand which lay in his lap. He is still, and Tsu'tey knows something is bothering him.
âI have to ask you something.â Arvok speaks, quietly as if he is afraid. Tsu'tey reaches to put a hand his shoulder as a confirmation to continue. Arvok looks at with an emotion that Tsu'tey canât place.
âDid you really ask,â Arvok chokes on his words before pushing on, âJakesully to kill you?â Tsu'tey stays silent and that is enough to answer Arvokâs question.
Arvokâs tails lashes furiously, hitting their empty bowls. He puts his hands on Tsu'teyâs shoulders, forcing him to look into his eyes that are filled with rage.
"How could you? Did you even think about how that would affect mom and dad? Me?,â Arvok pushes his hand into his chest, empathizing his words, âdid you?â
Still Tsu'tey stays silent, and Arvok storms off. For the first time, Tsu'tey feels guilty. As he drifts off to sleep, he realizes that Arvokâs and his anger is something they share.
The next day, Tsu'tey emerges from the medical hut with Mo'atâs permission. His tail is tucked between his legsâfeeling as if everyoneâs eyes on him. He starts to head for the construction of his home but before he can it make there Jakesully steps in front of him.
Jakesully seems taller as he stands in front of Tsu'teyâs hunched over form. âYou canât do that much strenuous work, Tsu'tey. You are still healing.â
âPlease allow me to do something to help my people. I will do anything.â Tsu'tey pleads, his fear of being unless overcoming his hatred for Jakesully.
Jakesully ponders on his pleads before sighing. âNorm and Max need help moving into Hellâs Gate, I said I would but now I have to help with construction of our home. So will you be willing to help them?â
Tsu'tey agrees almost immediately but now he has to deal with the demons.
@kitty-chan33 @letsloveimagines
me realizing that the Sullyâs kids arenât technically Jakeâs biological children, they are Tommyâs
(ik that Jake and Tommy share like the same DNA but they have some differences. Jake Sully is still their father though)
@wh0rezs I wanted to answer you briefly in the comments, but then I dwelt. As usual. So here we are đ
Not gonna lie, I thought about it so many times, and it still shocks me. I mean, biologically talking Jake is the uncle, but still it's his conscience moving Tommy's body. He's the one who fell in love with Neytiri and started a family with her; the one who has been chosen by the People.
Let's be honest, Neytiri would never fall for Tommy. Hell, Mo'at and Eytukan would never allow him to stay and learn their ways. He was a lab rat just as all the other scientists in the Avatar Program. "It is hard to fill a cup which is already full".
Yet, this is mindblowing. They were twins, sharing much of the same DNA, but they were two separate beings, which is why Jake was able to take his place and use the Avatar as his own anyway. To not mention it's definitely Jake the father figure who educates them. (let's not open the discussion on how questionable his parental methods are, and why James Cameron had to destroy the Jake we all loved in the first film).
This is certainly an interesting topic that comes under the bioethical discussion of who can be considered parents. Those who gave you birth, those who raised you, those who conceived you. It could be remotely analogous to surrogacy, where it is possible to distinguish between genetic mother, gestational mother and legal (or social if you prefer) mother, just as genetic and legal father may or may not correspond (and this would be the case with Jake). In this interpretation key, of course, I refer to the broader sense of the umbrella term 'surrogacy', despite the fact that it generally leads back to the concept of surrogate motherhood, as sperm donation is also covered. In the case of Jake and Neytiri, we have the three types of mother being assumed by one person, while the father's would be divided between Tommy who is the donor, the biological father, and Jake who is the social one.
And so far there would be nothing strange, these are topics we hear about on a daily basis; not only when it comes to surrogacy, but also to adoption, extended family or single-parent families where a third figure could take on one or the other role. What creates a stir is the fact that Jake is actively involved in the conception. Put bluntly, he is the one who impregnates Neytiri, because it is his consciousness that moves the body, his mind that is responsive to stimuli. So with him the distinction I mentioned above is much less defined. Can Tommy still be considered the only biological father? If we were relying on genetics, the answer would be yes. But here we have no outside intervention, no doctors implanting embryos in test tubes. The conception of Neteyam, Lo'ak and Tuk takes place under natural circumstances. I think we will never be able to simply answer this question from a scientific point of view. Also because it is science itself that doesn't give answers to whys, science just tells you: "Well, it happened".
However, the character of Quaritch comes to the rescue. We know for a fact that in order for the Avatar not to reject the connection with the host, the Avatar's body must be based on the DNA of its human counterpart. And so far, nothing new. With the difference that the man died before the Avatar was ready, so we are told at the beginning of the second film that a device, a sort of microchip with the memory of him, has been implanted in Quaritch's Avatar. Nothing new here either, it's the same result of the transfer of consciousness that Mo'at made to Jake. But, they are keen to underline that the two are two distinct people and that, therefore, the young Colonel Quaritch could be subject to important changes in his person - of which we have already had a taste. All this why? To try to eradicate from him the attachment he felt for Spider. "He's not your son."
Now you could tell me, thanks for stating the obvious Nilly, of course he's not: Spider is human and the current Quaritch is a clone of the previous one. True! But he is the son of the human version of Quaritch. Therefore this argument can also be true in reverse. Neither Tommy nor Jake are technically the biological fathers. Their Avatar is the only biological father, formed by Tommy's genetic basis, but still a being in his own right.
That being said, the Avatar belongs to Jake, so⌠We could be here arguing about it forever LOL Jake is their father.
I hope this rant of mine isn't tedious and may be of interest to someone đ . I'd like to know other opinions on the matter as well. Above all, I hope I haven't offended anyone's sensitivity by comparing Jake's paternity to surrogacy, but it is the empirical example that I have found most fitting to explain my point of view. Apologies in advance if this is the case.
It would be soooo funny to have Sam Worthington say on this subject. I can already picture his dumbfounded face on him if anyone asks LMFAO
@nilsart I completely agree with your statement. Jake is their father through and through.
thank you so much for this insight. I also need someone to bring this up to Same Worthington.

âDADDYâS HOMEâ
PAIRINGS: JAKE SULLY X MATE! READER, SULLIES X MOTHER! READER
SUMMARY: In which your mate has cringy but heart warming way of returning after long day
WARNINGS: Jake calls himself Daddy, playful Jake, pregnant reader,
You felt your eyes slightly close before one of your braids were yanked by little hands. You turned your head towards your smiling one year old, Neteyam. Neteyam mumbled out a âsisâ reaching out for the baby sleeping in the crook of your armsâ Kiri. Kiri was just about 4 months old while Neteyam was about 18 months.
You tutted out a ânoâ, shaking your head at him before pressing a kiss onto his forehead. You were situated on the woven mat of the treehouseâyour pregnant belly making standing up uncomfortablyâas you watched your toddler play. Soon you would have get up and get ready for bed without your mate by your side.
Jake often times woke before the sun raisedânever getting you up just kissing your foreheadâto start the duties of being Olo'eyktan since you became pregnant with your third child. Usually he didnât return to after Eclipse. Luckily for you, he returned early today.
You could feel his heavy steps shaking the woven floors and his sigh as he pushes the flaps back to enter. You couldnât see but donât have to know his face, which was once riddled in exhaustion, split in half at the sight of you and the children.
âSempuâs homeâ
Jake speaks in half English and half Na'vi. Your face winces as you hear your mate refer himself as daddy but your heart melts knowing he is home early.
You hastily stand up but your swollen belly makes your stand unsteady. Rough hands carefully grab your forearms to steady you and you smile up at your Jake. Jake kneels down, so his face is face-to-face with your unborn child.
âHello, princess,â he greets then stands up to kiss Kiri on the forehead, âand hello babygirl.â You smile at the scene before you reprimand him.
âYou know your âprincessâ can be a prince. Motherâs intuition tells me that this is Lo'ak.âyou scold as Jake greets Neteyam, lifting him through the air calling him âdaddyâs toughest warriorâ.
Jake tuts at you before kissing your lipsâ hearing Neteyamâs protest of your guys display of affection.
Jake takes Kiri from your arms and she instantly begins to babble incoherent words to him. You feel your eye twitch at the scene. First you had just gotten Kiri to drift off and second she always been a daddyâs girl.
âMa'Jake, I just got her to sleep.âyou complain as you reach down to pick up the whining Neteyam but Jake reaches him before you. For the second time this night, Jake tuts at you like a child; scolding you for overworking your pregnant body.
âCome on ma'darling, letâs go to bed.âhe coerces you, pulling on your arm as you let him drag to the hammock.
You two laid firstâJake pulling Neteyam onto his chest as you gently tuck Kiri into crook of you arm. Jake slings an arm over you, shoving you into his warm side. Just like that you fall sleep with your growing family.
Your thoughts of growing family seem to convince little Lo'ak to joinâso you woke up to jolting pain.
A/N:i think we probably have all seen the Jake Sully edit with the song

Le'atwu
[le'?aw.tu] adjective
alone, on oneâs own, by one self;lonely
Tsu'tey is alone after the battle with the sky people. His beloved had died many yeasts ago, his âsortaâ sister is expecting children and his little baby brother is mad at him.
His wounds have also left him weakâunable to help his People under Mo'atâs ordersâso Jake tasks him with helping the vrrtep settle into their new home. Thatâs were he meets Miles Socorro.
Miles Socorro is also alone. His father was the vrrtep who had destroyed the Hometree and had been defeated during the battle. He had abandoned on Pandora due to being too young to go the ship back to Earth. The scientists donât want the child either.
Tsu'tey finds himself often taking care of the baby whether itâs making sure he is fed, rested properly or even taking him outside with a tiny mask. No one could expect someone who hated human as just as Tsu'tey does taking care of the offspring who killed many of his people.
But can the wounded warrior become a father to the hated boy?

MIRRORBALL
PAIRING: SULLIES X HUMAN ADOPTED DAUGHTER/SISTER! READER
SUMMARY: Being the Sullies only human child is much more difficult than most realize described by Taylor Swiftâs âMirrorballâ
WARNINGS: angst, mentions of parents death, abandoned issues, seeking comfort in anyone, major character death (not Neteyam)
âAnd they called off the circusâ
âBurned the disco downâ
Your family at the RDA was something you called a circus. Not all only was it your soldier mother and your scientist father but Grace Augustine and Max Patel. Parker Selfridge even took you under his wing, and your motherâs team lifted you onto their shoulders.
Trudy took you flying, Grace gave you piggyback rides on her avatar body, Colonel Quaritch would let you fire a gun, Lyle once let you glue a wig onto his bald shiny head. Your own circus. You were even deemed âhonorary sisterâ to the child growing in Pazâs stomach. The RDA was like non-stop disco but everything good must come to an end.
And the end came with Jake Sully. You liked Jake, he was buff soldier surrounded by a bunch of skinny armed scientists, and he raced you in his wheelchair. But something changed when Jake got accepted into Omaticaya.
The scientists left RDA, moving to remote location and along with them went your father. Your mother cursed his name, saying he had gone soft hearted on the animals which plagued this earth. You felt trapped but you still had some of your circus left.
But then it burned down. A war came with both of parents fighting on the opposite sides of it. Your father in his avatar body and your mother in her helicopter. You were left alone with Max Patel, praying that they would both come back to you. Neither of them did.
Your mother had been taken out by Ikrans and your father was shot repeatedly in his avatar and then choked on Pandoraâs air.
So your circus was called off and the disco burned down.
âWhen they sent home the horsesâ
âAnd the rodeo clownsâ
After the war, humans were forced to leave, expected you and MJ. You watched as Jake, Norm and many other Omaticaya guided your family into the ship.
You had hidden out of sight but Parker Selfridge had seen you. You liked Parker. He had sure you were entertain expect that one time he forced you into school. Your parents often describe him as a clown, so you did too. But you mentioned right in front his face.
You remember everyone in the room going silent, waiting Parkerâs reaction. He laughed, saying that you had spunk. Oftentimes when he was taking care of you, he would carry on the circus theme by calling the workers under him horses.
Yet here they were leaving you. You knew they did terrible things but they were your circus. Parker nodded his head for you to come out, so you did, running to him for one last hug.
âYou gonna be alright, kid. I am giving you my number in case you need to call but I heard that Sully has adopted you, per your fatherâs request.â Parker spoke as he wrapped his arms around your back. Parker would never admit to it but he really thought of you as his kid.
A large blue landed on your shoulder, pulling you away. Jake stood way above you and signaled for Parker to start walking again. Once he reached the planeâs entrance, he waved and headed inside. You turned into Jakeâs legs and cried.
They had sent home the horses and rodeo clowns.
âIâm still on that tightropeâ
Before your father met his untimely demise, he asked Jake to watch over you if he died. Jake honored his promise. He had spoken to Neytiri many times about you and Neytiri knew your fatherâs avatar, so she agreed.
The whole adoption process was like walking on a tightrope. You had to balance out, carefully staying on that thin line. Most Omaticaya couldnât say stuff to you, due to you being the Oloâeyktanâs daughter but you didnât want to lose your balance, tipping off any of them. Omaticaya would never really accept you as human, especially after what they did as Hometree. Many of the People would send glances full of fury with their hands tightening around their bows.
Your adopted parents took care of you but soon they were welcoming a son. An Naâvi son. One who looked like them.
So you remained on that tightrope once Neteyam, your brother, was born.
âIâm still trying everything to get you laughing at meâ
You found yourself in Parkerâs position, a mascot. The human mascot for the growing family of the Sullies. You liked your baby siblings but they couldnât tell you how proud they were of you.
As the mascot, you tried to keep your family happy. Trying to get them laughing even on the days when your adopted mother would send hateful gazes towards you.
Soon you realize that you just power through those days, and still make sure your family was laughing.
âI'm still a believer but I don't know whyâ
You liked to believe, considering yourself a believer. You liked to believe that you were the first born Naâvi daughter of the Sullies, a profound warrior like your mother or future TsahĂk like your grandmother.
Yet you were pulled back into reality as you peered at your reflection in a stream. You had your fatherâs eyes with your motherâs hair. You shared their skin color, which wasnât a blue.
You like to believe that they were still alive, too. You and them had nice little cottage inside the forest along with your human brother, Spider. Your mother help teach young Omaticaya fighting while your father took care of injuries. Spider and you grew up close with the Sullies, and at night your small family would join them, then walk to the cottage.
Yet once again you pulled back into reality as you heard Jake shout your name, calling out it was lunchtime.
You were a believer yet with painful stuff to believe and you didnât know why.
âI've never been a naturalâ
âAll I do is try, try, tryâ
Contrary to what any people believe, you couldnât do anything relating to Naâvi training.
Unlike your siblings, you couldnât shoot an bow nor climb a tree under 3 minutes. You couldnât fish, hunt or fight. You were useless. Your father would tell you nonsense, saying you helped Moâat and Kiri with healing and injuries but you couldnât help your feelings.
So all you did was train but you were no natural. Even Spider could do more than you, but you tried. And tried. Tried again but your abilities never honed.
You werenât a natural at anything but you did try, try again and try.
âI'm still on that trapezeâ
Many years had passed since your adoption and you finally made it off the tightrope, yet now you were on a trapeze. Swinging from being a honorary Omaticaya to trying to catch onto being a human. Luckily, this time you had Spider being your trapeze partner.
Spider knew the pains of being a human in a Na'vi world but sometimes he felt closer to the Omaticaya unlike you. You felt at home with humans considering 7 years of your life you were raised by the RDA. So you lost your trapeze partner, flipping onto one bar waiting for the other one to come without the force of another.
So you were still on that trapeze.
âI'm still trying everythingâ
âTo keep you looking at meâ
In the forest, you had always tried to have someoneâs eyes on you but in Awa'atlu you canât get away from watchful eyes. As your family settled into the ways of Metkayinaâs, you remained a stranger.
Strange and dangerous creature is what the Metkayina would tell their children, as they glares bullets into your skull. Then after a half of year living with them, the RDA found your family again.
Everything after that point was a blur, you can remember Loâak leaving to rescue his âbrotherâ, your siblings and you with the help of the Metkayina children pulling off the tracker off of Payakan.
Then the ship came and some of your siblings were taken but you and Neteyam saved them. Lo'ak convincing Neteyam to rescue Spider, which you three did but then every stopped.
You had pushed your three brothers into the water, has you held off the avatars. Just you were about to jump into the water, a searing pain flared in your chestâ a bullet had hit you. Stumbling into the water, your brothers cheered until you announced you were shot.
You were brought to an rocky island where Tsireya began to address your wound while your brothers comforted youâ Spider holding your hand as he talked about your childhood with himâ as your parents arrived. Your final wish was to see home againâ your circus, rodeo clowns and horses. To stop believing, and trying. To finally come down from that tightrope and trapeze.
You felt peace as you walked through the forest, reveling in your new home with your father and godmother Grace.
Jake and Neytiri were brought to first time you three were a family. Oftentimes, you would flicker in between you as child to you as an adult. Though you would always mutter the same sentence.
âI tried everything to keep you looking at me.â
âTHE AGONY YOU BRINGâ
PAIRING:JAKE SULLY X HUMAN! READER
SUMMARY: You come to the realization that Jake only loves you in your avatar form.
WARNINGS:angsts, Jake is kinda a red flag, fluff, hints towards smut at the end, insecure reader, a temporary break up, jealous Jake, AFAB reader
A/N: this draft has been taking so long to write
You donât know when you finally noticed the true but it felt you were looking through foggy glass and now you were seeing clearer than before.
You probably should have noticed by ways he acted around you in your avatar. He always had his hands on you at all times , calling you sweet nicknames like yawne, maâ muntxa or maâkifkey. The level of intimacy between you two was on whole another level than before.
Though, in your actual body, he barely lingered with you, rushing to do some leaderâs duties. No PDA, no sweet nicknames and absolutely no sex between you two. But what really shouldâve tipped you off was date nights.
Jake (and even you) were incredibly busyâ with Jake Sully being the new oloâeyktan and you being a scientist on whole different planet- date nights were special. Though, all date nights you two had consisted of Naâvi activities you could only do in your avatar body: Ikran riding, visiting the Tree of Souls, going swimming at Eclipse.
When you suggested an activity that could be in your actual body, he immediately was incredibly busy than before and couldnât. Would love to but couldnât. You, eventually, grew fed up with it. It was clear that Jake Sully was only in love with the avatar version of you.
Insecure thoughts ran through your brain- maybe he didnât like how you looked, personality, height or the way you dressed but those didnât make sense since you were the same person either in your actual body or avatar. Plus you two started dating during your time under the RDA, before he was Toruk Makto.
Hell, oftentimes he would mention having you getting your soul transferred and making you a real Omaticaya (which you didnât want). You were fond of your body and couldnât imagine waking up to be blue and over 6 ft tall.
So you decided to finally confront him about the situation which become clearer and clearer as you dwelled on the thoughts. As you approached the temporary settlement of the Omaticaya, your stomach churned with even more butterflies than before. Your mask quickly fogged up as you inhaled two deep breaths and exhaled.
You had decided to make your thoughts know in your actual body, letting Jake know that this is you were before you were a dreamwalker. As you reached the middle of the settlement, you sat down on the soft ground and playing with the grass under your fingers. You didnât try and go searching for Jake, knowing someone would alert him of a tawtute in the middle of the encampment.
Sure enough, a direhorse came through the bushes with your boyfriend on top. He quickly scanned the area before his eyes settled on you in surprise. Behind him, emerged Neytiri and another warrior, Tarsem. Though he was quick to shoo them away once he realized it was no big threat.
Jake made his way over to you as you stood up. You barely reached his navel, and usually the size difference between you two would make your brain go AWOL, but this time you were focused on what you had to say to convey your feelings.
âHey kidâ Jake stated, once him reached you, ruffling your hair with his abnormally large hand. Another thing you noticed and hated was the nickname âkidâ Jake elected to call you in your human form. Before you brushed it off as a joke considering you were two years younger than him and way shorter but now it felt condescending.
âJakeâŚâyou began but were quickly cut off when Jake suddenly started to move. You rolled your eyes in annoyance. âJake, we really to talk about somethingâ
âCan you make it quick or wait until our date tonight, I have to sure they bring back to yeriks we caughtâ Jake said, still walking away from you as you tripped to match his long strides.
The name Jake almost slipped out of your mouth but died on your tongue once you realize Jake walked off somewhere and was now talking to some students. Tears started sting once you realized and you were quick on your feet as you turned and head back to Hellâs Gate.
âScrew him and date night,â you thought, âif wanted so badly to go on date with me so badly, he will have actively pursue me.â
As you reached Hellâs Gate, you basically ran into your room, rid yourself of the mask and cried. You stayed curled up on your duvet until Eclipse had began. You had work to do and werenât going to let a stupid man Naâvi distract you.
Jake arrived a little bit later to the shared mauri then he liked but he knew you were probably waiting for him, like always.
Today was one of the rare days when you two had time to go a date, and tonight he had planned a midnight fly on the ikrans and then (with the help of Neytiri) a romantic picnic at your favorite place- the waterfall.
But to his surprise, he found you still the position you curled up to last night, your lifeless body wrapped up in covers.
â[name]â he called, thinking you were playing a prank, but your eyes didnât twitch at all. âMaybe she got caught up doing work.âhe reassured himself. But as the minutes ticked away into a hour, he set out to find you.
He knew exactly where you would be-stuff in the lab at Hellâs Gate. He found Norm, outside in his avatar, running tests on the huge plant.
âHey, Norm. Is [name] inside?â Jake greeted his oldest friend on Pandora. Norm shook his head in confirmation as he continued his work.
Jake entered into the dark lab to find you hunched over with a tablet illuminating your face. He stealthily stalked over to where you sat, and gently put his warm hand over the small of your back. He loved how his hand fitted over back like a puzzle as you were so much smaller than him.
You, startled by warmth which his hand gave off on your back, met his eyes peering down at. You almost smiled at the sight but just as quickly as you did, you frowned down at your tablet. Jakeâs tail flicked in worry.
Jake took in his surroundings, eyes flitting over the darkened lab and landed on your tablet. Oh the fury he felt. While he waited for an hour for you to wake up, you had sat in the lab playing fucking Candy Crush. His tail, now thrashed with unbridled anger.
âKid, what the hell ? You knew we had date night but instead you played Candy Crushâ Jake spoke, anger seeping into his voice. You mumbled something he didnât hear. He leaned in, grabbed your small wrist, and asked you to repeat what you said.
âI said donât fucking call me kid. You got it ?â [name] shouted, now starting to pull your wrist from Jakeâs hold. He released you, causing you to stumble a little, until you continued down your rant.
âWhat happened to yawne, maâ muntxa or maâkifkey ? Canât even call me some human nickname instead kidâ [name] spat out towards Jake, whose ears had pinned themselves against his skull.
âWhere did all of this come from? Why are you acting like a brat now?â Jake hissed at you, and you snapped. You spoke without fully realizing what you were saying.
âWeâre done. I know you donât like me when I am like this. So we are doneâ
âWhat?â Jakeâs voice was heavy with pain, understanding that you meant it. Your head fell and realizing a shaky breath you repeated your words.
âWeâre done. Please leave now.âyou asked, your hands motioning towards the pressurized doors. Jakeâs eyes filled tears as he took steps towards them, hoping you would call him back but the words never came. Only a heavy sigh and tears hitting the floor.
Jake Sully never left more truly alone than he did now. Neytiri mentioned how much of âlazy bumâ he became, even. And it was true. He abandoned his role as Oloâeyktan to hide your his mauri, inhaling your scent from the sheets.
Though, his friends forced himself to his feet, demanding him to show that he still cared about you- tawtute or avatar.
So, he did just that. Picking your favorite flowers, collecting beads to make an necklace that could fit on you, not your avatar but you. Jakeâs tail wagged proudly at his gifts for you, hoping to win you back because he was loser without you.
He started to make his way to Hellâs Gate, standing tall as he did, but he stopped at familiar sound. A sound which made Jakeâs heart melt, his knees become weak, and his breath stolen. Your laughter.
His ears trained on the sound, and his legs had a mind of their own as they made their way towards the laughter. His eyes fixed his kifkey but he fell short in his path.
You laughed with another Omaticaya, some new warrior, as you laid a small hand on the blue skin of the male. You were smiling up at him with a look that Jake didnât like at all. Technically, you did break up with him but he didnât expect you to move on so quickly.
Yet jealousy filled him and before he knew it he was behind you, shooting the warrior with a look that told him to back off. You, noticing the Omaticayaâs change in behavior and the sudden warmth behind you, glanced back to find Jake standing protectively behind you.
âLeave her alone.â Jake hissed menacingly and the warrior ran off with his tail tuck between his legs. You angrily turned around and pushed Jake with all your might.
âYou donât get to tell people if they can or canât talk to me, you ainât my boyfriend anymore.â you stated, and Jakeâs expression morphed into a sad one.
âPlease take me back, maâ [name]. I am not one to beg but you are my everything. My world. I am sorry for the way I treated you; I was nervous that the People might not accept you just because they accept a moron like me, but no matter what form you are in you are my life force.â
Jake had kneeled down to your height, looking you dead in the eye with the most sincere look in his eyes. You fought to tear away from his gaze but just couldnât. As much as it pained to admit, you missed him just as much.
âOh Jake, I missed you too.âyou finally broke. Jakeâs face split into giant smile and he stood up, yanking on your arms. âWhere are we going?â
âTo your room, then I am thinking we turn on an Earth movie, next a picnic in the labâs kitchen cooked by yours truly.â
You smiled at the larger man, knowing that even if Jake didnât show love in the human form that he actually did love you, no matter if you were blue or not.
âMY LITTLE GIRL IS GROWING UPâ
PAIRINGS: DAD!JAKE SULLY X DAUGHTER!READER, TARSEM X READER
SUMMARY: In which Jake Sully realizes that his little girl ainât gonna stay his little girl forever.
WARNINGS: protective dad Jake Sully, fluff, Jake making a bad decision and facing the consequences,
A/N: this sucks but it has been sitting in my drafts for a long time.
Jake can always remember the day [name] promised she would never love any gross boys, especially not Tarsem, only her daddy.
You were about 6, but still Jake would like to believe that you still thought like that. Jake had picked you for the young Omaticayaâs âtraining groundsâ and asked you if you had fun. You quickly replied ânoâ and âit was worst day yetâ.
Jake worried about his daughter asked why and you told him that Tarsem said he would court you when he got older. Jakeâs ears flicked down at the thought of someone courting his grown daughter.
And now, 14 years later, it was happening. Whispers among the People reached their Oloâeyktanâs ears. Varying from Tarsem presenting you a section of his kill or how he was the hunt for [name]âs favorite flower.
And Jake didnât like it at all.
In his eyes, you were still his babygirlâhis first born daughter who stilled played with her carved dolls. You were to young to have a mate (though being older than both your parents when they mated) in his eyes. Yet after a long communal dinner, you arrived home with a new beaded necklace around your neck. Jake knew exactly who and why they had given to you.
So Jake did the rational thing any father would do and commanded you were not to see Tarsem anymore. And as any daughter who had just fallen in love would do, you flipped out and stopped talking to your father.
It pained Jake to see you ignore him and also sending Tarsem such longing looks. So Jake, realizing that it wasnât the best thing to do, decided to talk to you.
âHey babygirl, mind if I talk to you?â Jake settled himself by your side at the edge of the kelku, dangling his feet by yours. The only response he got was a huff and you turned your head the opposite direction of your father.
âI deserve that,âJake laughed at first, then got serious, âI understand that maybe commanding you to stop hanging out with Tarsem was definitely not the right decision.â
You finally looked at your father. âContinue.â you spoke to him for the first time in a few weeks.
âWell, I guess I was worried that once you and Tarsem officially mated, you wouldnât needâŚwell you are growing up and I just worry that you are going to stop needing me.â Jake pushed out, his voice cracking towards the end.
âOh dad, I am never not going to need you. And some things may change once Tarsem and I mate but you being father will never.â you comforted your dad while he pulled you into a hug.
âJust promise me that you will always be my daughter.â
âPromise.â
âThen I suggest you go tell your lover boy that you two can court. You not talking to him as throw him off of his A game and I need my best hunter back.â Jake chuckled and you raced off to embrace your lover.
Jake, sadly, watched you disappear, finally realizing that his babygirl was growing up.
[BONUS]
Jake was going to get up when suddenly a force hit from behind, wrapping their skinny arms around his neck.
âWhen can I get boyfriend?â Tuk questioned her daddy. Jake pretended to think about the answer.
âNever.â
âToo late, daddy. I already have one.â Tuk proudly told him before she off and running back into the kelku. Jakeâs gears turned as he progressed her statement.
âWait, what?â

P.U.N.K GIRL
PAIRING: NEYTIRI X HUMAN/AVATAR! READER
SUMMARY: Finding someone to love is difficult especially when she wanted nothing to do with at first, but now you are one with her. Though you remember the feelings that came before it.
WARNINGS: AFAB reader, reading having a close relationship w Miles Quaritch, hints to a traumatic teen life.
âPeople say sheâs bad, but they see the way she is with meâ
âShe a monster, a beast.â Colonel Quaritch huffed on about Neytiri, after watching a video of her shot down some of the RDAâs camera.
While you respected Miles Quaritch (a lot), you couldnât help but think his words were wrong. You werenât even listening what he was droning on about; you were miles away with the so called âbeastâ.
âP is for the painful way she makes me feel some daysâ
âYou will never learn the ways of the People; just another tawtute.âNeytiri hissed at you, swatting you away. You let out a pathetic âplease wait upâ, for Neytiri to turn and hiss at you.
âGo away, tawtute. You are ruining everything. Just go.â Neytiri scolded at you. You felt hurt by her words but you knew she was somehow right.
You left, knowing it was better for her to cool down. Though her words pierced your heart, digging deeper as she stalked away.
âU is for Utopia, the other times with herâ
A smile spread across your face as Neytiri dragged you by your arm, through the bioluminescent forest after Eclipse.
Neytiri wanted to show you her favorite spot on Pandora; a cave which held a bioluminescent pond. Her spots lit in the darkness and she smiled brightly at you.
You two had reached it, stripping of your tewng and Neytiri, letting out a whoop, dove in and you closely followed.
As both of you emerged from the water, your face was splashed and Neytiri laughed at your expression.
âOh itâs on, princess.âyou hissed and Neytiri laughed at your threat.
âN is for the new wave dreams she had back in her teens â
âWhen I was a teen, I spent my years letting loose and trying to make a name for me.âyou confessed, not letting Neytiri know the actual truth of your teen life. Neytiri, sensing your sadness, only smiled at you and brushed away a stray hair.
âHow about you, Tiri ?â you asked, curious of her life. Neytiri looked up, and you regretted asking knowing about what happened to her older sister.
âIn my teen years, I trained to be the best hunter yet. I always wanted âŚ..â Neytiri trailed off, and you nudged her, encouraging to go on.
âIt is pretty childish but to be the Toruk Makto.â Neytiri whispered and you smiled, pulling up by her arms. âNo way, that ainât childish, that so badass. Can you image Neytiri te Tskaha Mo'at'ite, Toruk Makto.â you twirled her around and she let out a joyous laugh.
âK is for the kid in herâ
Neytiri stalked her prey, as it unknowingly watched a fish swim in a stream. âHow foolish was it, not listening to its surroundingsâ Neytiri thought, shook her head she as was only a armâs length away.
Neytiri reached out her arm, and caught her prey, pulling at her tail. You let out a yelp, losing your fish. You turned around as Neytiriâs laughed reached your ears.
âOh you shouldâve seen your face. It was like when you and Jake Sully were being chased by the Thanator.â Neytiri puffed out, clearly enjoying your reaction.
Though her laughs turned a shriek as you tackled her onto the ground, pinning her down. Your eyes met and both of you smiled at each other. Then her hands pulled at your ears, earning her a yelp.
âMy P.U.N.K girlâ
Your hands brought forward your kuru connecting with Neytiriâs, forming a tsaheylu. You smiled as Neytiri moved closer, bringing her lips to yours. Embracing the warmth of the kiss and Neytiri, you knew more than anything that you were meant for each other.
Neytiri pulled back and said âI see you, ma [name].â You returned the words, and slowly you two sunk into mossy ground underneath the Tree of Souls.
After joying each otherâs embrace, Neytiri laid her head on your beating chest. âI love you, my princess.â you whispered, kissing her forehead as she drifted into a peaceful sleep.
A/N: i hate to admit it but this my favorite fanfic i wrote yet. I love Neytiri. This is inspired by P.U.N.K girl by Heavenly
âALWAYS ON MY MINDâ
PAIRING: MILES âSPIDERâ SOCORRO X NAâVI! READER
SUMMARY: You want to take Spider to meet your ikran, an ikran who is known as the demon ikran, but you worry that Spider might get hurt. To your surprise, Spider and your ikran get along.
WARNINGS: fluff, mentions of your ikran bullying other ikran, mentions that daughter is the adopted daughter of Tsuâtey.
A/N: if you donât like Spider, donât read. I literally love Spider. Not proofread but i will making a second part where you and Spider r actually a couple and Tsuâtey finds out.
Youâre close friends with the Sullyâs siblings, so by default you knew Spider. Well what Omaticaya didnât know of the unwanted son of the boogeyman, Miles Quaritch.
At first, you didnât spare a glance at Spider, finding him just other tawtute abandoned on your home land. Until you saw Spider scale a tree faster than both you and Loâak combined. As you reached the branch where he sat, swimming his legs over the end, you saw a true Omaticaya, someone who belonged with the People.
You grew closer with Spider, and you found yourself often getting lost in his brown eyes. Than you started to realize that Spider was handsome, well as handsome as a tawtute gets. And to your luck, Spider was saw you as beautiful, often complimenting you. The pair of you spent most of your time together, reveling with each otherâs company, deepening the forming relationship.
After intensive training with your father, you finally got to do your Iknimaya. Your ikran Palon was one to fear; trainers would tell of him nipping at other ikran while young warriors tried pass their Iknimaya. The Demon Ikran was titled bestow on him but to you he was child which was trying to get your attention, stealing your food or knocking off your visors.
As you recalled your fight against Palon to Spider, hands motioning the way you two had flown together as one, Spider sighed. âWhatâs wrong, monkey boy?â you questioned, shoving him with zero force.
âI want to fly with you on Palon, together.â Spider sighed, looking down as deep red erupted on his face. You yourself felt your ears turn purple and internal squealed that he wanted fly together.
â I can take you to meet Palon, and then see if he likes you, so you can fly with me.â you suggested to your crush, hoping to lift his spirits. Spider nearly shouted really, filled with excitement as you laughed.
Though you warned him, âMustnât look him in the eye and donât go past me at all.â You knew Palon was a child but you worried that he would mistake Spider as a snack. Spider shook his head in agreement and together you two headed towards where the Ikran rested.
Unconsciously your tail wrapped around in his wrist, tugging him behind you as you neared the area. You had no idea what you were doing but Spider felt his face begin to burn with blush. You stepped forward and commanded Spider to stay near a branch as you called to your Ikran.
Palon let out a screech as he flew to clear patch of forest, glancing towards you with gleam in his eyes. Palon was also a Ikran for dramatics, as he let a offend screech once he realized that you hadnât brought food.
âI am sorry Palon, but i would like you to meet my friend, Spider.â you stated, turning towards you left Spider. Only for your eyes to find the spot void of Spider. Panic quickly filled you, and then you heard rustling. Your ears flicked to it as your heart dropped.
Spider was on branch, slightly to the right of Palon, scuffling his way towards your ikran. Palon had also turned his head towards Spider, eyes fixed on the tawtute. Palon quickly extended his neck towards Spider, opening his beak. You closed your eyes and sent a quick prayer to Eywa, that she protected the boy you held close to your heart, and waited to hear the boyâs screams.
But they never came instead Spiderâs joyous laughter reached your ears, and your eyes snapped open to the scene in front of you. Palon, an Ikran which had been known to shove baby Ikran off of ledges, was nudging Spiderâs stomach, preening for his attention and pets.
âI thought you said Palon was the Demon Ikran, not the baby Ikran. Heâs just like you.â Spider mocked you with a smirk on his face. Palon sent you look which told you that he liked your type of men, also very mockingly.
Your faced burn once realized what happened. It was myth around the People that if someone was always on your mind, your Ikran would take a liking towards them. And lo and behold, it was true.
âI think he might want to fly with you.â you suggested, praying both of them would stop giving mocking looks. Both Spider and Palon let out a exclamation of excitement causing you to laugh at them. Spiderâs eyes locked on towards yours and he smiled as you quickly made your way towards him.
All three of you flew until Eclipse, Spider letting out joyous shouts, arms stretching out towards the sky as you held him firmly against your stomach while Palon dipped down. Once and a while, Palon would met your eye and through the connection shared between you two would admit he was happy for you.
