well since @morphinlegacy decided to steal my screenshot (where i kindly withheld the identity of the gold ranger out of respect to the cast) and post the news he and his crew stole from me, i guess i should go ahead and list the evidence i’ve amassed over the past month for why jordi webber is our most likely candidate for gold ranger

for starters, this is jordi webber. he’s maori, from new zealand, and a singer/actor.

he follows all of the ninja steel cast on instagram, and most of them follow him back (just earlier today, caleb bendit followed him)

he also follows chantz simpson, the original yellow ranger, who was only in new zealand for a week so they probably couldn’t otherwise have met

he also follows the official power rangers account on insta as well as other power rangers fan instagrams

he has since deleted the gold shirt picture that i tweeted/posted about, earlier today, most likely because i tagged peter/chrysti/nico in my tweet and they freaked out and made him delete it lmao

he has posted about a project that he had to cut his hair for which we know is something saban makes their actors do (all of the ninja steel rangers have different hairstyles in show than they did for morphicon; zoe had to cut hers and chrysti had to dye hers)

he is constantly posting about going to the same sort of gyms that the ninja steel rangers hang out at; this is him at the flipping gym that peter and nico love so much

but of course, all of this is circumstantial. he did post about getting a break from work at the same time that nico mentioned they would be done filming s1 in two days, but he’s since deleted that post, so that’s that.

however, here’s the most damning evidence (if the gold shirt/dark skin combo of the filming pic + the picture from his instagram wasn’t enough for you)

all this without getting into the fact that if aiden romero is the gold ranger, jordi has the same combination of brown skin + light eyes that the child actor for aiden romero had, and he could easily pass as william shewfelt’s brother.
