She's so gone

Hi friends! Sorry to anybody who was super duper excited to see the costumes I talked about for decade day today, buttttt the craziest thing happened to me yesterday! I was trying to swap costumes as many times as I could handle to make sure I showed love to all my favorite holidays – you know, Easter, Christmas, Valentine’s Day, Auradonian Independence Day, St. Patrick’s Day, Thanksgiving – but it turns out that when you’re trying to do a costume change every two hours there’s a loooooot of stuff in your bag and you end up tripping on it and spraining your ankle! So I kind of sort of spent all last night in the infirmary, and then the nurse said if I want to have aaaaaaaany chance of playing in my tourney homecoming game on Saturday, I needed to stay home and keep my ankle iced all day today, too. I promise when I’m all better I can wear my flapper dress on a totally random day and we can flap-flap-dance together, though! 

Are you okay? Exactly how many costumes did you have? As great of an idea that was next time try carrying what you can so this doesn't happen again. Hope you get better though and if you need anything let me know.

While I’ve thoroughly enjoyed Spirit Week, I think next year they should put a little more focus on amazing characters and less focus on blander things like colors and pajamas. I mean, I hardly even saw anyone using favorite fictional character day to dress up as iconic characters from plays.

I want to say my character was based on a character from a play but that would be a lie. I was Elena Montero from The Mask Of Zorro since it's always been one of my favorite movies. I like your idea though, Peyton, maybe next year I'll pick someone from a play. I just already had the dress and I just had to pick someone with a sword just so I can carry mine freely. FG did warn me though about using it in public, which of course I didn't, but you know FG and her rules.

As someone who wants to show off their school spirit and also doesn’t sleep in pajamas… does this mean that FG can’t get mad at me for streaking? Or should I just play it safe and stick to like… I dunno, something boring like boxers and a tank?

I would advice against this, only because FG would basically band you from sparring, fencing and any other activity she sees fit. I know you have you connections but I don't think they will work well with FG. Also ouch, I did the the tank top and cute penguin pants combo and they are not boring.

So when I booked a studio to work on a personal project of mine, I didn’t realize that they were giving me this humongous space for the afternoon. I know that studio time is hard to come by what with all the final projects coming up, and I don’t really need that big of a space all to myself, so if anyone wants to come paint with me tomorrow afternoon, feel free. Just try not to distract me too much?

How did you manage to get a whole studio for yourself? If this offer still stands I would love to be included. I mean don't get me wrong the beach and the music halls are great but you know there is always that one person who wants to mess around and ends up messing with your art work.

Unpopular opinion, but Crownflix sucks. I mean, Hulu has way better shows on it, like Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles? Okay, so it’s the newer not as good one, but I’d much rather watch that than the million and one fake dating movies Crownflix has pushed out this year. Okay, it was like two, but that’s besides the point. Hulu is better, that’s the point.

I have to agree Crownflix seems to be having a theme in movies lately but I don't know if I can trade it in for Hulu. Crownflix still has a lot of great documentaries I like to watch and I'm not sure what Hulu has to offer.

Goat yoga looks cute and all but there’s got to be some leveled up cooler version of it. I’m thinking ram rock-climbing, and they’d try to headbutt you off their mountain as you scaled the side of it; it’s such a bomb idea that I’m sure it’ll be real someday. In the meantime, I dare anyone to come up with a better animal-workout combo. Five bucks says you can’t.

Goat yoga is so cute and I'm so up for trying it. Just the fact that you get to include an animal into your yoga is the best idea ever. Ram rock-climbing sounds super dangerous though and painful but I'll play. Can it be any animal and what are the safety regulations I should know about?

Okay, but really Auradon. Why are we all still sleeping on Jem & The Holograms? I remember when it came out in theaters and I had to go see it and then it bombed? Why? It’s a great movie, the music is banging and the actresses in it? Gorgeous AND talented! Hello, wake up people! The lesbian goddess Hayley Kioko is in this movie! If anything I’d think people would watch it for her. Please tell me I’m not the only one around here who loves that movie.

In all honesty I shouldn't be surprised you're bring this movie up since you wouldn't stop talking about it when you first saw it but I'm surprised. I forgot about Jen and The Holograms and it's so sad but it's super common. You know the movie industry always does this to a lot of great films and movies. They never promote certain movies because they believe they won't be good enough to have the attention they deserve but how would they know that without actually trying?
