[ID: a handknit jumper. the front features a seal sitting on a rock in the sea, with fish falling into its open mouth. On the back is a bucket, throwing the fish up and over the shoulders to the seal. end ID]
"Sealed with a Fish", from Wild Animal Knits by Melinda Coss. Knit with John Arbon Devonia and Devon Naturals DK yarn.
This took much longer than usual to knit -- I don't know if I was just spending less time knitting, or if it was the complex intarsia (the waves involved 10+ balls of yarn π). I'm really happy with it, it was a lot of fun to knit, and I can't wait to wear it (in a few months time...)
Started my first pair of colorwork socks today.
Itβs very grey and rainy here today, so my Wild Roses socks will have to be my May flowers for now.
do u wanna see the gromit sweater i knitted last year

Just need to block π΄
Second sword-embroidery, this time with roses and (?) blueberries.
(I'm not as happy with this one as the other - I think the foliage looks a bit too yellowish and the sword disappears because of it.)
Third big knit everβ summer socks!! :)

First time doing colour work and it was so fun! And so relieved they fit perfectly! I did skip the welts as i feared those would be too tight but still happy with how they turned out
